question on headaches and pains
hey guys found the workout section and then I discovered the other areas that this site has. I had a question regarding pains and aches. I havent worked out seriously in 2 years and over that time have gained 50 pounds. Now Im trying to lose it, but recently over the last 6 months Ive been getting these headaches and Im wondering could they be related to thefat gain?
Its probably a stupid question. I also experience some back pain but thats suppose to be a given with weight gain I guess.

You might want to consult a doctor. I would think light aerobic training for 30 minutes a day to ease into the exercise would help. Maybe a little light weight training before you start moving up, too. I don't think I would start though until you got that back looked at since it's a major component of exercising. Good luck.

yeah I was gonna have it checked out. But I have noticed that the aches and pains do go away when I do 30-60 mins of cardio. So I thats what led to think that it may just be something trivial and I shouldnt worry about it.

I suggest you still speak to your doctor about it. Better safe than sorry later.
...it's also better than getting/taking medical advice on a public forum.

along with seeing a doctor, make sure, make sure, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. If I don't drink enough I get horrible headaches as well.
