Oh my...Help.

HELP ME! I'm 23, definatley definatley and ectomorph. i've been lifting hard since last august and am doing my first natural figure show July 18th. So here's my delimma. it's hard to find a diet or get info from people. i've been told to ween out my carbs then read it may cause me to lose muscle even more. IDK what to do.

I weigh 136-140 depending on the day and my water fluctuation but I tend to sit near 136. I'm 5'7". I've got a couple pics to show what i looked like at my last not real show i did at my college and how i look now. i figure i'm at about 16-17% BF and want to get to at least 10. I know you people know a hell of a lot more than I do. Help me out. Here's a sample of my mon-fri diet. (weekends I eat all crap for now)

5:20 a.m. Muscle Juice Protein Shake with Milk
990 cals, 155g c, 55g pro

8:30 1 cup oatmeal (or 3 slices toast) and ten egg whites

10:30 Sweet potato and a chicken breast

11:30-12:00 pre w/out shake x-tend, creatine, dirty

12:30-1 post workout shake, muscle juice with banana

2:30 sweet potato and a chicken breat

5:30 american whey protein shake (in between clients, I'm a trainer so it's all I can squeeze in)

7:30 ten egg whites

(9:00 occassionally an american whey pro shake or cottage chz)

what show are you doing?
Do you have any pics of you now, front relaxed, front flexed, back relaxed, back flexed and side.........again in my blog you will see I do these same comparison poses in my pics, if you can take similar shots I can give you more specific advice.
The show itself, knowing which fed, will help me with how lean you need to get and my advice to be better specific, each show has slight differences in the look they go for sometimes.
