Am I Eating Enough?
I'm only 5'6, 120 pounds, I just worked out 1 week all my muscles, 3-4 exercises per muscle group, no cardio, 3 off days, 4 workout days, push/pull routine, rests of 1-2 min, all my workouts are dumbbells (no money to afford gym or other equipment), I didn't gain any weight though. I get 7-8 hrs sleep a day. Is my diet not enough?
Meal #1-Breakfast
-2 whole eggs (to make an omelet), w/some green peppers, onions, and tomatoes
-2 slices whole wheat toast
Meal #2-Lunch
Sandwich (a roll with about 5 slices of turkey, and 2 slices American cheese)
Meal #3-Pre workout (30-40 min before)
-Turkey sandwich (5 slices turkey, 1 slice American cheese, handful lettuce)
Meal #4-Post-Workout
-1.5 scoop of whey in water
-1 baked potato w/some salt
-1/2 cup raisins
Meal #5-Random Meal
-2 bananas and 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Meal #6-Dinner
-Subway sandwich (lots of veggies and grilled chicken)
Meal #7-Final Meal
-1 scoop BSN Syntha 6
-1 cup whole milk
