Increasing Arm Width
From the side my arms look fine but when viewed head on they look very thin and non muscular. Can someone please give me some ideas and help on how to improve overall arm width especially when viewed from the front?

Just focus on the basic chins and rows for biceps and bench + military press for the triceps. Add one or two isolation exercises and this will be great

+1
Or you can do weighted bench dips + an isolation exercise. For arms, heavy and less is always best.

work the brachialis of the bicep with hammer curls, close grip barbell curls, and reverse curls. these target the outer head

This thickness of your biceps is really just determined by the size of your biceps. If they get bigger, they'll get taller and wider.
However, it would also help to focus on the brachialis, which is under the biceps. To hit it, do neutral grip stuff like hammer curls.
Best,

x2, you can only change proportions very marginally (if you already have a solid base of many yrs training), shape determined mainly by genetics so just focus on overall growth
