ive got a journal on another site , iv'e been cutting for two weeks and getting ready to start week three so thats where i'll start off

as of friday march 10 , 2007 my stats are
6ft 2 in
260 pounds
im going for a morning crdio gonna take a bicycle out for a bit in the morning and take a fat burner before doing so and have my firsr meal by 8:30am
tuna and rice
m-2 will be tuna and potatos
m-3 not decided (pre workout)
m-4 not decided (post workout)

i had to fool with the cable people today witch screwwed my morning up didnt get cardio done like planned and ended up eating by 10:00am im working my chest today and abs

went awsome today did my weight routine and then a total of about an hour and a half of cardio not adding the toatal of time of getting to the gym by riding my bicycle about 20 minutes one way

had a great day in the gym got up at 10:00 had roast beef and brown rice and had a can of tuna before the gym and hamburger after i drank green tea all day about 30 cals total
started back on creatine today to help me with my strength loss i worked my chest abs low back , hamstrings , and did 30 minutes of cardio

i took today off

i recalculated my body fat and its 19.7 I'LL TAKE THAT FOR NOW!!
ive decided to do my cardio in the mornings and do lifting in the evenings just to split things up and not spend so much time in one visit

did my arms traps and abs today gonna hit my legs tommorow been pretty solid on my diet im upping the protien intake keeping the carbs low and im gonna start activate by desighner supps in about 2 weeks...

i worked my chest today i dont know now about about taking activate my main focus was to lose fat so i was thinking a test booster but i might take a cutting stack instead to avoid pimples possibly

im gonna start NXcare ripped system starting tommorow its a 21 day cycle it contains a daily fat burner a night fat burner and at 5 days out of the end is a water retension destroyer .... today i finnaly got 225 up over my head from the floor
