SuperPump 250
Hey Bro,
I haven't tried the NO Explode, but just started using the SuperPump 250. It's only been a few weeks but I take it about a half hour before my workout and I have been haveing great workouts! I don't get fatigued as quickly as I did before. I swear to God I feel like I could workout all day. I have increased the weight I use for everything. I'm 46 years old and need all the help I can get and I think this will help me reach my goals. I've used cheaper crap in the past but the old saying is true "you get what you pay for". I hope this helps you.

I've done both. The newest NO-xplode formula is actually pretty solid but Superpump 250 still beats it, IMO.

I've used both and I will say both work VERY well for me.
I think SP 250 is a bit better in terms of fatigue factor but beware,,,,,,,,,,I changed and went to NO because SP250 gives some people, like myself MAJOR runs.
I mean that stuff when it starts wearing off for the evening sends me to the crapper constantly for a hour.

Definitely an exaggeration with the in the crapper for an hour comment, come on...I did have to use the facilities once or twice when I first started on SP250 but after a week that stopped. Hell, I started Uni-Liver and was going #2 five times a day for the first three days, it was unbelievable, but that wore off too. Don't worry about the craps too much.

I started out with N.O. Xplode. Loved it! Gave me the strength of a beast, but a mind of a killer. I loved the pumps and energy. Read many posts saying that Superpump 250 was better. I tried it. It didn't do much for me. My best friend has tried both and he has the opposite opinion. I would recommend you try both and see what your body responds the best to.
