Check out my progress
Hai Guise. got some progress pictures up of when I started training. ATM I don't even know how long I've been training atm, probably 1 year and a half atleast and only started getting serious a little while ago.
So How do I look atm? What BF do you think I'm at? I'm about 92kg + or so in these pics. maybe over maybe under, I dunno at about 6'2 ish
The first pic is at the start when i started lifting, bear in mind, I had some of the ****test genetics to start of with and was extremely weak:
The first pic isn't as old as the first one but is a bit old, i gained a bit of size too
And no in this pic my left trap is not a lot smaller, it's just my posing and the angle I'm standing.

Yes but when I wasn't serious I was lifting on and off a lot, I took months off. I'm talking collective time here.

I can definitely see some good progress, considering the genetics. Your traps are insane. Chest could use a little work though. Overall, you're looking very different to when you started. Good work

Thanks mate. yea, overall chest needs work, I think some chest size would overall make me look a lot bigger imo.
