Get ripped?
After speaking with two of my workout buddies, I really got confused. I spoke with MR S, he said I should maintain my weight because I'm a 6 footer and he said I would look tiny if start to diet.
While MR C said I should get ripped and show my muscles during the competition not showing my fats on stage.
So I should get ripped and impress the judges right?

There is no such thing as a bodytype that does not like best at its' greatest possible leanness on stage. Shed all the fat you can - you will look thinner, but the increased definition will mask it.

YOu must read the sticky at the top of this section. Read it. Then, read it again. THEN, start your training for a comp.
