Probably Deads...but its cause they make so much noise. Not that I hear it with my music on...not really anthing else. I work out at a good gym, solid old school lifting. We usually look funny at people using the machines actually...

Weighted pullups and chinups, for sure. Even experienced lifters will ask why I do them. Then, weighted dips and deadlifts.

Farmer walks. I get a lot of looks when I do push presses as well but that is prolly just cuz people are not used to seeing weight that high in the air lol.

Def. squats, especially when I get to my last set. Anything over 3 plates on each side and people look at you like "you're gonna hurt yourself", I just give'em a look like, "no you're gonna hurt yourself" LOL

American Gladiator? That's awesome!! I can't believe you don't know which one though.
As far as exercises, I'm doing Rippetoe's. ATG squats get weird looks (only like 3 people do squats, and they're definitely not deep), deadlift, and barbell rows probably because my ass sticks out so much.

I don't doubt it.
I get funny looks when I do ATG squats, and cable crunches, which doesn't suprise me. Then again, I always give funny looks to people doing 1/8 rep squats, and bench press with their legs up in the air like their gonna put out a kid.

I do a couple I'm afraid to look up from. Reverse row(face down, strattling an inclined bench) and reverse flutter kick(face down on a flat bench). :P

When I do stading calf raises I have to put plates on top of the machine when I want to go heavy on it.
I realize that adding 90lbs worth of plates only translates to about 15-20 extra pounds but people tend to look at me like I think I'm the **** or something when I'm doing them.

When in a commercial gym, don't notice what anyone else is focussing on.
But I do notice that I might be the only person doing
stiff leg deads
power cleans
power snatches
clean and press
clean and push press
good mornings
STRICT curls as opposed to "curl grip hang cleans" for guys who think they are strong
heavy curls as opposed to curl-like-exercises with 5lb dumbells
heavy wrist curls as opposed to a zillion reps with an empty bar
chins
parallel bar dips
dumbell side press
weighted situps
ab pulldowns with more than half the stack
......not all in the same session
Since nobody else seems to do that stuff when I'm around, I guess it might cause curious looks. But I never notice 'cos am too busy trying to kill myself with the iron. If everyone else slit their throats, wouldn't notice 'til I slipped on the blood
