Wanting to define, yet keep or gain strength/build?
I have a quick question; as you all will be able to tell I'm fairly new to the forum scene and too bodybuilding.com, but my question is "If I am wanting to continue getting bigger and stronger, but want to get cut, and or defined for the summer, what is the best workout routine and schedule? Since Feb I have been doing this type of routine and will continue till May where I am wanting to switch it up. I do anywhere between 5-8 exercises, 3 sets x 8, 6, 4reps(To muscle failure) per muscle group so that I hit all aspects of that muscle/body part.
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Off
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Arms
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-Off
I will sacrifice changing everything as long as I can get the results that I am wanting so when I'm finished I want to be ready for upcoming shows/possibly entering my first competition! Thanks for any advice I get!
