Motivation/Life
Im just curious how everyone stays motivated when sh*t goes wrong in life. Lately, all I want to do is sit around my house and sulk which really isnt going to do me any good. I know everyones got their bad days. How do you deal and stay productive?

just stick with it. Don't let people or things get you down. Besides the more you feel bad the worse off it is.

I was doing so well too. Now I just cant keep that motivation going and getting myself to the gym like I should.

whenever i get sad or depressed, i imagine the barbell is being held down by all the negative people in my life, trying to hold me down and not let me succeed. then i squat their asses into oblivion.

im not saying find someone to be your light. im saying find what gives you that light. it can be a hobby....a lucky charm...a piece of jewelry...running....your grandma..your tv..your dog...a bird lol.
