I am at a new motivation level. I want a beautiful body by summer. Today, I did cardio on an incline ranging from 9%, 25%, 14%, 30%, each interval lasting 30 secs. Based on information via the machine...I burnt 619 calories, based on information from my Polar, I burned 371...huge freaking difference (damn it). My Polar is based on my VO2 which is 36.
My goal is to do the work without holding on....damn challenging....and...I love it!
