Then muscletech always seems to have the little well thought out kickers in there stuff to give it a little edge over the other guys. I guess i feel like it gives me the little 10-15 percent extra fat loss edge that an endomorph like me needed to get ripped. That being said if you take it and sit on your ass all day (like my dad) it won't get you ripped (old stubborn bastard he is). I have been thin before but it was back like 10 years ago when I was 20 or less. Feels good to be back down for me that's for sure. I like to hear you ramble, lol.

Uh oh - stop talking about Meth and Crack. DEA is here. Wait - this is a body building forum - your probably looking for Test-E, Dbol, Nolvadex, and so on so forth. Maybe some HGH - no 18 or 20 gage needles laying around here. LOL.
You know they sell Novadex on this site, <-- Notice the L is missing.. Very misleading..

I know about everything. I am a internet google guru. Plus this site has a section dedicated to it in the forum and articles about that stuff.
For anyone here to say they don't know about it would be like saying they don't know what creatine and protein are.
Don't worry - they will test the winner for roids I assume. If anyone takes that stuff it will be in the system for a year at least - 3-6 weeks for orals.

most orals have a 48 hour or less half life. Injectibles is a different story some can stay in the system detectable for up to a year.

Half life on Orals is more like 24 hours - functional for 3-6 hours after taking. But half life does not mean it's not detectable by drug testing. Google oral steroids or Dbol drug testing detectable. 4-6 weeks..
I'm sure they don't want us talking about this stuff so we better stop. I was just joking because sdilly22 is a Officer of the Law (I like to tease him)

Here is that song by Jay-Z
Listen Here: It's off to the left click play..
http://www.lyricsmania.com/lyrics/ja...cs_113788.html
Lyrics to Breathe Easy (Lyrical Exercise) :
(Talking)
So I had to memorize these rhymes until I got home
Ya understand? Once you memorize a sentence
It's like an exercise (echoes)
*heavy breathing*
(talking)
Ya *****s can't be serious right now
I'm the all time heavy weight champion of flo-ers
I'm leading the league in at least six statistical categories right now
Best flow, Most consistent, Realest stories
Most charisma, I set the most trends
And my interviews are hotter
Holla
I jog in the graveyard
Spar in the same ring
Now it's house by the building
Where Malcolm X was slain
I spring train in the winter
Round early December
Run suicide drills over and over
With the weight of the world on my shoulder
That's why they call me "Hova"
I'm far from being God
But I work goddamn hard
I wake up the birds who in the nerves is sleep
I'm catching my second wind the second the first one end
I am "focused man"
And I'm not afraid of death
And I'm going all out
I circle the vultures in a van and
I run the block (run)
Pull up in a drop (pull up)
Push up on my money (push up)
I'm in great shape dunny
I keep jacks jumping thirty six sets
Like a personal trainer I teach coke to stretch
I pump and rock sweats
All white trainers
The ghettoes, Billy Blanks
I show you *****s what pain is
Maintain your stamina
Hov will damage ya
Spot you two rhymes y'all *****s is amateurs
The fifth
A dead lift if
*****s don't want to get shot then y'all *****s better squat
I drop your set for rep
No need to hit the showers
The spit from the fifth leave you wet
Lyrical exercise
(hard breathing)
Y'all *****s ain't tired right?
(Chorus 4X)
One, One
Two, Two
Three, Three
Four, Breathe Easy
Suckers
Get your weight up
Not your hate up
Jigga man is diesel
When I lift the eight up
Y'all ain't ready to workout with the boy
Your flow is brain on drugs
Mines is rap on steroids
I lift every voice when I sing
My ability
Make yours look like an exercise in futility
Bring your squad
Biceps, Triceps, and Quads
We don't struggle with undeveloped muscles
Y'all ain't real
That's y'all Achilles Heel
Same routine when you see me you know the drill
I spot ya
I lift the weight of the watch off your arm
Remain nice and calm
Put down your things
Trinidad of the game know my way around your ring
No matter how many pounds you bring
It sounds like the same old thing
R-O-C is the strongest team

Are you referring to the test booster called Novedex XT by Gaspari Nutrition?

10-4.. They jacked the Nolvadex name by changing one letter. And the way they describe the product they make it seem like it is real Nolvadex. The stuff Gaspari sells may work so no discredit to the company since I have never tried them.
Nolvadex boost natural test by blocking certain receptors - I'm no expert. Usually body builders take it for PCT to block estrogen and boost natural test. That is all I know.
Oh and Nolvadex is good for dieting too, helps burn fat and drop water weight.

Transformation
What's up everybody! I have completed my transformation and here is my essay (below)! Good luck to everyone!
When I found out about this year?s Muscletech Challenge, I was hesitant to enter because of the lack of confidence in placing? I then started thinking about the changes I could make to my body. I realized that if I reach my own personal goals?even if I didn?t place in the competition, I still would have won in my eyes.
So I ordered my supplements, took my initial pictures, and went to work! After an extenuating 3 months, I look back and am extremely glad that I decided to enter the challenge! Not only did I meet my personal goals, I exceeded them by losing more weight and body fat than I had anticipated! I often reflect on the change in my body, and am astonished at the feat I have accomplished! My confidence is boosted tremendously!
My weight goal was to reach 220 lbs. I am proud to say that I am a 206 and counting! I?ve always wondered what abs would look like on my physique? And, Man! I sure do smile when I look in the mirror! Personal health is now a priority to me, and not only have my friends stopped the ?fat boy? comments, but my success has even motivated them to improve their bodies and overall health.
A huge thanks goes to my God, my beautiful and supportive wife, good friends of the GSC(Get Swole Click), Chump change Challenge, and Body Space friends. Good luck to all in your future endeavors.

Just checking your grammar. I've used everything Gaspari has ever made and I've got no complaints, but this contest got me to branch out and try a few new things. All in all, I'll definitely be using a few muscletech products from now on. Halo being number one on my must-have list.

My grammar sucks. lol
I've never used Graspi so I'm not here to dis-credit any supplement company. Fact is most supplements work if used correctly. I have had great results with MuscleTEch products all around. NanoX9 Hardcore makes me dizzy sometimes but that's because it's a vasodilator similar to Viagra. Vasodilation directly affects the relationship between mean arterial pressure, cardiac output and total peripheral resistance (TPR). So when you mess with arterial pressure you have a greater chance of passing out - would I take a full dose while bench pressing without a spotter? Hell no.. lol
I have low blood pressure though.

My friend don't worry about placing, trust me you will be Number 1 from the day You start and then even more ones you see the changes and feel better,
that in my eyes is the most important thing about this challange.
I look at old Man Skinny and admire that guy, he is so young yet he keeps
going like the Energizer he is who I look up for what and where i want to
be down the road, I feel and believe look better then I have in my 20th and 30th, Just my thought

LOL - I figured I would be called a cheater or something because of my knowledge. I'm sure MuscleTech will read that stuff and think I am a cheater too. Oh - well.. As long as I know the truth I am happy with my transformation.
I know your not saying I use, just saying. I will bolt the doors shut - warrant please, lol.
I might have to go out of town for a Easter thing so maybe not this Thursday but I will try to do it if I have time. I have a 3 hours drive so maybe not. How about you. I want some updates.

Questions...
Two questions.
One just a curious thing. What are bodypoints and how to do you earn them.
Two. What are some signs of over training? I have had soreness sure and it isn't a big deal to me in the least. Today though... It feels closer to muscle pain. Do I need a full day off to recover? What are your thoughts?

I usually have a hard time sitting down for about 3 days after leg day. I train one bodypart per week, because it takes about that long after I've demolished it.
You might have a harder time recovering if you are low carbin' it. Every once in a great while my muscles will cramp a few times later in the day -- that's when I figure I probably overtrained. Ever wake up at night because your quads cramped? it sucks!!!

You might have a harder time recovering if you are low carbin' it. Every once in a great while my muscles will cramp a few times later in the day -- that's when I figure I probably overtrained. Ever wake up at night because your quads cramped? it sucks!!!

Yeah, low carbing. Have to being an endo and I have to watch carbs due to type 2 diabetes. I train the hell out of each body part and usually don't have the pain, but it has been for a few days. Not woke up yet with a quad cramp, but last night I woke up several times with some severity in my delts. On my squats I think my glutes may be the weak link. I usually end up with major soreness in my arse I keep stretched pretty well during squats trying to avoid cramping. I had read that a lot of cramping is due to not enough stretching and a build up of lactic acid.

Sorry I somehow missed this earlier. Looks great, bro. I don't think you need to compare yourself. Looks to me like you have done some great work. Abs are definitely popping out. Good tricep definition in there.

Thanks for the kind words.
Here's a progress pic for you--after 10 weeks. I'll be working on getting some more leg definition between now and the end of the contest.
With all this money at stake, I'm surprised at the poor quality of the final pictures so far. I'd sure suggest better lighting to highlight muscle definition. You've all worked so hard, it's a shame not to have it show in the pics. No flash--that would be coming from the camera and would take out the shadows in the muscles.
