or are u saying animal paks better?
And i know its just a multi v but from other posts on other websites everyone talks about how they can lift so much more and have so much energy, so i was curious about other teens experiences.

a friend of mine used it, said it worked well.
IMO, there are a lot better multis out there for cheaper.
animal pak is very good if u don't mind the price.

The price isnt that bad its about 25 bucks for the 44 pak but yeah its a good multi v i use it myself

Yea that's what I meant Hit the wrong button, imo OT is a cheaper all around multi. Nothing wrong with pak's just a fug load of tabs. Where as OT is 2-2-2

Wow that is alot better haha, taking 11 pills where about 7 of em are huge kinda sucks.
And I cant complain about .56 cents a pack.
