Im sorry but if you fap it too much or even have too much sex it def. takes away a certain edge. Try going out to a bar after getting laid. Your game is down a notch, lol.
If you are going on a 2 week or even 2 month lack of sex...you are hungry, and for sure going to send off different vibes.
I personally believe you can have more sex without consesquence to your hormones than masturbating. I believe in the chemical reactions that happen during sex, and that it changes things.

Why was op attacked? This is good info he didn't make a plea for everyone to stop having sex. The study did not conclude sex/masturbating was overly harmful and that not orgasming will increase your squat by 100lbs...
The effects orgasm has on physical performance are worthwhile to know. In the end im sure a healthy balance away from both extremes is perfect for lifestyle/stress/peak performance.

Ejaculation is what triggers the prolactin release, not only that you are losing precious zinc in the ejaculate, zinc is the male mineral without it you wouldn't even have a penis. I have a series of fights coming up (I joined a boxing gym in January), cycling season is starting, I'm not going to do anything at all this summer that is work-related, I'm going to spend most of my savings and retirement money (the dollar will be worthless soon anyway, might as well enjoy my money!), and I'm trying to smash all previous strength records before August.

They tested this - and debunked it - on "Sport Science" (I think). They had a professional boxer abstain from sex and then administered a variety of muscular strength and power tests. A few days or a week later, they re-administered the same tests the day after he had sex. He actually scored better post-sex than pre-sex.

If you don't flap for a few days, trust me you will see a huge difference. When I used too, I never caught the attention of ANY girls. Rock hard body, I was strong and still didn't get no where.
So I stopped fapping about a year ago, and MAN, you notice sooooo much more ish. It's as if the women FINALLY catch the vibes from my body when i'm checking them out. I've actually tested this on the same girl, day after fapping she showed no interest.
A month or so passed, didn't speak and what not, didn't fap for that month, and she was all over me at a party because I noticed I was more calm, cool and collective. You notice TWICE as much with out fapping, and it can't be just me. Hope this helps someone.

The findings of this "experiment" are not statistically valid. The results of single-subject experiments worthless for extrapolation to populations.

Length of abstinence can be a factor.
Masturbating/having sex every day or every other day, then stopping one day before to test results is probably not going to yield anything significant.
Most of the studies on abstaining from sex before physical events revolves around fatigue and not the effects of prolactin levels, hormone levels, cognitive/awareness changes. I would be interested in a prolonged study which incorporated resistance training and overall changes to the body over a course of 1 week and 1 month.
OUT before "Beef pullers" who squirt their future sons on the shower wall attack~

This is true ratboi, but like any other type of "high" you come down from it. The pre-ejaculatory sense of mind and post-ejaculatory sense of mind. Many people have different thoughts on things before and after. But once you come down from the high of the endorphins its just like any other drug. Like after a good workout you feel good but then become sluggish and tired.

Yea, I always wondered this. I think I read in a few places that you lose zinc but thats where they get the ZMA performance results. ZMA supposedly increases testosterone levels but probably only if you are deficient in Zinc or Magnesium. So if you get off alot then take ZMA. You can buy zinc from walmart w/magnesium for like 4 bucks for a bottle. I take it because I have sex alot so i figured I could use it.
