Plasmagen Nitrate goes toe to toe with Plasmajet
I want to thank manofmany for sending me a couple of servings from his bottle to try out Plasmagen! Plasmajet has become the standard for me to compare all pump products to so I wanted to see how Plasmagen Nitrate stacked up!
Pump: 9.5/10. It's almost not fair to rate this after just 2 upper body workouts. I had a so-so pump with shoulders and back but had an amazing pump with chest and arms! Effects may get better over time but I have to give a very slight edge to Plasmajet.
Libido: 8/10. No raging boners but I noticed that I did have stronger erections that needed to be taken care of! Slight edge to Plasmajet.
Aggression: 7/10. This is the one area where Plasmajet is clearly better. PJ makes me want to attack like a chimp going for the testes but Plasmagen doesn't have that.
Endurance: 11/10! This is where the product truly shines! I wasn't expecting endurance like this from Plasmagen but I could just keep on cranking out high rep sets and drop sets were made easier and I could hit the cardio for longer without getting tired! I now consider this one of the best products for endurance along with Cordygen products and IntrAbolic. Definite advantage to Plasmagen Nitrate.
It's hard to give a clear winner and I do believe that Plasmagen Nitrate is the biggest challenger to PJ's pump product throne. I think PJ is better for aggression and Plasmagen is better for endurance. Conclusion- I think everyone should try both for themselves!

Good review
I wouldn't think of plasmagen as a pump product just by looking at the formula, but I can see how beta-alanine would make endurance better.

Really? I'd definitely look at it as a pump/non-stim pre workout supp. And the endurance is above and beyond just BA. I can take 4g of bulk BA and not have endurance even close to that!

you see more aggression from the plasmajet because it has added icariin. you will also notice increased effects from the plasmagen nitrate due to the gplc as time goes on...so im sure it will get even better.
i think if you took sizeon (or anything with glycerol) + plasmagen, your pumps would be beyond incredible.

Nice review! How did you dose it? All 10 pre-workout or 4 in the morn and then 6 pre?

Now here is a guy who knows what he is talking about!!Ran a full bottle of plasmagen definately gets better from about day 12 on.most likely the buildup of carnosine levels.Do like that icariin in the plasma-jet though its a testosterone mimetic.

All 10 caps about an hour pre-workout. Otherwise I'd be popping pills while at work!

Agreed on all points. This is why I'm really looking forward to trying Mesomorph now! It's got Icariin plus creatine as a cell volumizer in there. I'm sure it is quite potent.

I highly disagree with anything positive about Plasmagen Nitrate. Plasmajet was a tremendous product, seriously actually loved it. And I don't really like many supplements.
Plasmagen Nitrate, on the other hand, is a waste of time taking the pills and waste of money buying them in the first place (the only reason I did was because of it being on wheycheap.com awhile ago).

Thanks for the great review on the product. Mesomorph and Plasmagen would be crazy, maybe too much for me
I haven't run them too together, but I have run Plasmagen/Phenadrine and also Mesomorph/Phenadrine.. two monsters right there.
Glad you liked the endurance of the product and put it up there with Intrabolic, I actually tried them both together, that was crazy let me tell ya.

I don't think I could do Mesomorph and Plasmagen together either. 8 g of Beta Alanine would pretty intense unless you took the Plasmagen earlier in the day. hmmmm.....

Some info on Meso that we disclosed..
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...1&postcount=66
5 grams of Cit. Malate in Mesomorph
As far as Plasmagen, I do not have the info on hand, but the Cit. Malate is definitely lower.

Never really used DiCreatine Malate before Mesomoprh, but around 3 grams seems to be the dose most use for it. Do you know anything more on the ingredient?

its a creatine "salt" so its supposed to be more bioavailable. its bound to malic acid (a krebs cycle intermediary) which has ergogenic benefits when taken pre-workout (probably why we only see it in pre-workout formulas like green mag and labrada supercharge). other than that, i dont really know alot about it. but overall, i think the creatine salts that have been developed have been legit from my experience.

I hear ya. I seem to react with it better, creatine mono seems to upset my stomach on occasion.

lol, i am a complete non-responder to mono. i think its because my stomach is a warzone. im not surprised at all that more people respond better to other types of creatine.
