DNP Results
Alright, I know a lot of you guys like to see before and after results of DNP. Over the last month, I have ran two seperate DNP cycles. Here are my day-by-day weight loss results (and dosages):
04/03/09: 206.6 lb (200 mg)
05/03/09: 204.6 lb (200 mg)
06/03/09: 203.4 lb (200 mg)
07/03/09: 202.0 lb (200 mg)
08/03/09: 202.4 lb (200 mg)
09/03/09: 201.6 lb (200 mg)
10/03/09: 199.0 lb (200 mg)
11/03/09: 199.6 lb (300 mg)
12/03/09: 199.0 lb (300 mg)
13/03/09: 198.6 lb (300 mg)
14/03/09: 196.4 lb (300 mg)
15/03/09: 196.0 lb (300 mg)
16/03/09: 195.8 lb (300 mg)
17/03/09: 194.2 lb (300 mg)
18/03/09: 193.8 lb (0 mg)
OFF
24/03/09: 193.0 lb (400 mg)
25/03/09: 192.4 lb (400 mg)
26/03/09: 189.2 lb (400 mg)
27/03/09: 189.6 lb (400 mg)
28/03/09: 188.4 lb (400 mg)
29/03/09: 189.4 lb (500 mg)
30/03/09: 188.2 lb (500 mg)
31/03/09: 186.2 lb (500 mg)
01/04/09: 185.4 lb (500 mg)
02/04/09: 185.4 lb (0 mg)
During my DNP cycles, I was eating 2800 calories, in a macronutrient split of 38C/37P/25F. Sunday was my cheat day, in which I would eat anywhere from 500-1000 calories over maintenance level calories (3000). I also drank at least 6-8 litres of water per day, taking in plenty of sodium and potassium.
I was able to train fairly intense, up until I hit 500 mg. That being said, I definetely lost some strength, but that will be back in no time. On a side note, I did manage to do some cardio. At 200 mg, I was able to complete HIIT-type workouts, however, as I increased the dose, I switched to more of a long duration LISS-type workout (incline walking).
The side effects I experienced, which were dose-dependant, were extreme lethargy, night sweats, and insomnia (waking up early). I did get hot during the day, but with it basically being winter in Canada, I wasn't bothered at the slightest. At 500 mg, I began to feel light headed and short of breath. My motivation to do ANYTHING was next to zero.
The total weight loss over the 23 days I was on DNP was 21.2 lb. I haven't really been holding water (or at least it doesn't seem that way), and I can honestly say, I have NEVER looked this lean. However, I definetely need to replenish my glycogen stores to achieve that "full" look. For this next week, I will be eating my new level of maintenance calories, and hopefully by day 5, I really start to see DNP's magic.

Nice bro, good work, DNP is an awesome drug, and good thing you took it during winter, in the summer is the worst thing you can do? BTW, was your semen yellow?

Thanks man. DNP is awesome! I have another bottle on the way. I would like to get down to 7% bodyfat (probably around 9% right now) then run a nice lean mass Test/Tren cycle through summer. Oh, and my semen definetely had a yellow tint, not too too bad though.

On DNP right now, just finished 2 weeks of 250mg and doing 500mg for another 2 weeks since the tabs are 250mg. My god, once i hit 500mg ED i'm lethargic as hell, and for some reason i need 1-2 extra hours of sleep per day. I'm also drinking a hit load of water and i'm still thirsty all the time and sweaty.

Ahhhh.... good ole' DNP. Love it. I found that in the 200-400mg range doses, fat loss is almost identical. Going above 400mg didnt seem to increase fatloss... just lethargy and the overall feeling of ass. Been forever since I ran it though. Once you've been off for a good week and start carbing up you'll be able to see the results. Good luck

After running DNP, the only real benefit I can see of using a high dose (above 500 mg) is for short 3-4 day blitz cycles. This is beneficial for guys who don't want to deal with the brutal side effects for long periods of time. I'm going to try one of these blitz cycles in a week or two.

The only bad thing I see with a so-called "blitz" is the half life of DNP...which is generally around 36 hours. You wont end up with a true 3-4 day run.. instead it will draw out to at least a week of elevated blood levels which will still give you side effects.... especially at such high doses. I wish I had some DNP right now, even though it's hot down south it's worth it.
