I'm hoping for anywhere between 210-215 at the end but I dont know if im on track for that right now. Ill prob have to really up the cardio. Im scared to go any lower than 210 because skin issues will probably become more obvious.( I played ball and hovered between 280-295 for a long time).
Just learning to control my weight has been great for me during this contest. I did lose alot over the previous year but I was strictly weight loss mode( I lost about 100lbs on my bench and squat in the process). Im learning I can do a little bulk and still drop back down without letting things get out of hand.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that wants to lose 10 more pounds in this time frame. Skin issues? Like loose skin or something? Just fill in out with muscle

Yeah thats why I did that little bulk in the middle of the contest and got around 232-235. Im banking on the fact that doing that and then coming back down will let me look better at my final weight than I would have had I just went strictly for weight loss from the beginning.
I think ten is easily possible for you because youve had a pretty steady weight loss all contest. You'll def come in ripped if you pull it off.

Contest and Goals
I would like to share!!!
I'm NOT driven by the money on this contest. For me it is a life change
and how I feel about myself and how healthy I become, for me it is not a thing of doing this and then letting myself go. I have viewed profiles on here where so many who did another contest and then after worth let them selfs go and then another contest comes and do it again, for me it is the change for my future I never want to live like a Jo Jo, the Muscle Tech product is awesome and I love it, for me it is you guy's getting in shape and I have a goal to beat that and stay that way. When I get up in the morning it is ONLY threw God's grace as well as this body I have and I'm responsible to keep it that way. So when I entered this competition I entered a Life change and
have already won more then ANY money will do for me. So if I'm in the leading group great if not great as well. And I respect every single one of you to wanting to do this change, but I urge you, no matter what Never go back.
I have bunch of guy's half my age come up t my in the gym and say I want to look like you can you maybe help me, to me that feels great, yet the greater feeling for me is they want to change there life and this is my opportunity to help, just cause of this competition I changed and now I'm used to help others.
Thank you for letting me share. :-)

I started using Hydroxycut Hardcore and instantly felt energetic, and staying focused in the gym was NOT the best benefit. When I was working out before this wonderful supplement, I found myself lacking in other areas of my life, such as on my eating habits, my job, keeping up on household chores, and I was even getting lazy while having fun.
After the first day of Hydroxycut Hardcore I noticed significant changes. I was able to complete a full day without the ?bog down? feeling I felt before. I was motivated at work, in the gym, and my house has never been so clean! I?ve recommended this product already and I will continue to do so.
Being disciplined through the military and playing semi-pro football I never thought I needed help getting out of a physical slump. Thanks Muscletech and keep creating products that are looking down on the competition!

He was awesome, he died a few years back though. Maybe back in the 90's he passed away at 33. I think.

I am hitting double cardio (morning and night) weights in the afternoon. At least I will be doing this until I hit 188 or so. It will be agreat feeling when we hit are goals and be able to show it off.

I hope your just joking - making fun of me was what it was but to get bad luck like that is not even on the same level. I'm really sorry to hear that and if it's not true it's really not something to be joking about. If it is true then I am sorry to hear that. I hope you don't have a full on tear. Keep us updated!!

Making some great progress! Tan looks like it is coming along nicely as well. I can't wait until the end to see what everyone has finished up with. Lot of hard workers who are seeing it to the finish. Wohoo!

Man, that is so unfortunate. Maybe it will be more healed and looking better by the end for pictures!? That makes me feel terrible. Don't let it beat you though! There is stuff you can do around it I'm sure. Be creative.

That blows. I've noticed some "problems" with my muscles lately now that I can see them a little better. I've got a strange dent on my right vastus medialis which I think is from kicking field goals way to far at a young age (I could kick 60 yard field goals at age 13). I think there is some kind of trauma to the muscle from this even though it never hurt. This is the only explanation I can come up with. Then on my hamstrings on my left side there is a line of what looks like scar tissue running all the way across my hamstrings. I can see this when I do leg presses now. About five years ago I had a sore hamstring for 24 months after hitting it a little to hard running hills. Athletic trainers said I just over did it, but now it's obvious otherwise.
Hopefully you won't have to get surgery, but based on your description it doesn't sound good. I know torn biceps need to be repaired quickly if they are to heal properly. I know a lot of guys who have not gotten it repaired and athletically it's not a necessary muscle, but aesthetically it sure is. Good luck man.

I didn't look at your bodyspace page and I got close. Didn't even think about that. I should get something for that. OK, how about 2.5" bigger.

Thank you so much for the comment, I greatly appreciate your kind words! I am tasting this contest and I am going harder than hell to win. A win for me means a win for alot of people that I have unknowningly inspired. Because, I am only a rain drop to a river because I am representing OUR sport, our lifestyle! Your transformation pic is on my wall next to my mirror above Dragoff's pic ( the Russian boxer on Rocky 4). Dragoff represents all of the other participants and how hard it will be to beat them. Your pic represents me being Rocky, fighting through all of my obstacles, the odds stacked against me, however, in the end I am victorious! Thanks for your comment and the time you set aside to make it. You are a true inspiration. Good luck with all your endeavors!

I may be doing my pics before May too, to minimize muscle loss, if I can get a few more percentage points of fat off soon.

The first finisher! Your abs prove you've made a great transformation. Good job--not good enough to beat me, but still good.

Well said, kenwoodjens. Fitness is not a yo-yo, constantly falling out of shape and then struggling to get back in shape. The real benefits of fitness come in maintaining it for life. I've maintained 9% body fat since 2001 (except for the bulks before two competitions). The health benefits and self esteem come with the long haul--the determination and dedication to just make it a lifestyle.
