I hear ya on that bro, now is no time to be throwing your money out the window, hoping to find a solid supplement. From my perspective, Pump is superior to most preworkout creatine/NO blends in that 1) it contains a full daily dose of creatine, 2) it comes in pill form, so instead of consuming yet another drink and being bloated before you even get to the gym, you can just pop a pack and 3) Pump's stims come in the easy to identify red capsule, so you can easily remove them if your training session comes close to bedtime.
Personally, I love the Pump profile. I have found it to be a phenomenal performance supplement and when I'm properly fed and hydrated, it takes my pump in the gym to another level.
Peace, G

Thanks for the review. AP really isn't designed to be an "energy" based pre workout. It just has a controlled release of the energy but nothing like say Shock Therapy where its a sudden rush. If you are looking for energy check out ST.

Universal/Animal does not condone the use of their products to those under 18.

I would agree. The controlled labs stack is great. The Animal Stack is amazing. I'd wait until you are done with the other and then start Pump. See what kinds of results you get (should blow your mind... and your arms off of your shoulders...) And then decide which one you like best!

most likely its been asked 31231 times but whats the differences between animal pump and shock therapy?
i've read both descriptions on the bb.com store page and to sum it up both claim high pump and energy, with animal pump having a daily dose of creatine.
taking green mag and animal pump on the same day is OD on creatine, no?

The main difference between Shock Therapy (ST) and Animal Pump (AP) comes down to this.
ST is a full blown energy rush. It is a powder that you would mix as a pre workout drink. Definitely gives you the energy to hit a workout hard and get in some quality work. I hear the blue razz is delicious!
AP is more of a controlled release of energy. It won't be the "kick start" that you may feel from ST. Instead of a powder, it comes in a pill form. It also allows you to take out the stims in case you are working out late at night or just don't want to be on stims.
Both are VERY solid products imho that can definitely set the tone for your workout.
Be sure to always have solid nutrition/training above all else though.

Given your schedule I would do this:
I would take Stak around 5:10 - 5:20 AM and then take Pump 5:30 AM - 5:40 AM.
When you get back from the gym and have some solid food in you like breakfast, that would be an optimal time to take Pak.

so if i have this stack, how would I take the supps in sequence. Optimum threshold, animal cuts, animal pump, torrent.
I wake up at 7:30am and workout at 6pm.
sorry for the spam posts =P

I found Animal Pump to be useless, switched to it because I couldn't stand the taste of SuperPump, loved the idea of NO in pill form.
I didn't see any results the entire time I took it (a little over half a can) in fact after a few days I seemed to be going backwards, losing strength, no energy to get through my workouts***
I finally switched back to SuperPump (1 scoop) and saw results again the first dose. (Grape flavor is pretty good too)
Also Using Animal Nitro 44, 1 pack post workout...who can say if it's actually doing anything for me. One of those products you take and hope it's oing something. Thinking of either going with SizeOn or just going back to a standard whey/gatorade post workout drink...
Hoping Vitamin Shoppe honors the money back guarantee on the Animal Pump can. Anyone have experience with them and returns?
*** (NOTE: I never took the red pill. I work out too late. They gave me nasty headaches. I took it the one day that I had a few too many cups of coffee, ended up with a weird pulsating in my ear and feeling like I was dying, very scary)

Its not a fat loss product but while on a cut you lose strength and energy during workouts which Animal Pump can help with improving. Take the pump as it says on the label.

Sometimes I don't feel much of a difference while using pump, but then on some days I go in and it comes out of nowhere and kicks my ass! I love it!

In short, yes Pump can help you burn fat. However, you need to be on a strict diet with some solid training. Pump will help you by allowing you to increase the intensity of your workouts which in turn should help you slightly drop some weight.
I have no idea what ON Threshold is.
I would take Cuts first thing upon waking and then second pack at least 4-6 hours later.
Take Pump 30 min pre workout. You may want to take out the red stim pill to prevent problems with sleeping.
Torrent? I wouldn't take Torrent while cutting... but that's just me. If you can fit it in your macros then take it immediately post workout.

Thanks for the honest experience. Some products just don't respond to everyone.
You said you only took half a can or a little over? Most users don't report any of the effects really kicking in till around 10-14 days of use. That would be almost 2/3rds of the way into it. Did you take it on off days as well?
You can tell if Nitro is working by your body's increased recovery abilities. I find this is really noticeable after leg day.
From your comments in the parenthesis, it sounds like you should have taken out the red pill.

PUMP and Clout?
Hey guys hoping someone can give me a little insight on stacking these two together. I posted in the supps about my current stack and had a few people rate it. I was really excited to hear a few + until someone told me that it may be a waste stacking the two together:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=115182381
this is my current stack:
CL - Orange Triad
Now - Salmon Oil
ON - Whey
MAN - Clout
Universal - Animal Pump
Scivation - Xtend
What do you guys think about stacking Animal Pump w/ MAN clout?
I already purchased the 3 can special and very excited to try it out. Just need a little feedback on stacking the two creatine products together. Am I wasting money and time? Two creatine products together? How will MAN clout affect the PUMP?
Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't really advocate using the two products together, but I also would advocate using a mono post-wo with pump (always depends on your feelings about creatine... some think 3g before is enough... others 2.5 before, 2.5 after... some 5g after...) I've always been a believer in 5g, so I do Pump pre-wo, ~2g Creatine Monohydrate post-wo.
It doesn't seem like there's any caffeine in clout, and I can't personally see any negative interactions between the two, but it seems like it would just be overkill? My advice (not medical, of course ) is to finish whatever you have left of clout and then move on to the real man's pre-wo supplement, PUMP! :-D

Animal reps
I was thinking about making the switch to Pump and read the it can take up to a week for AP to kick in, will I notice results faster since i'll be coming off a prework out NO product... also I normally lift in the morning after breakfast, how long should I wait after eating to take pump? thanks guys

Quick question
I take pump on empty stomach 45 minutes before wo
Would it be ok to have a small preworkout meal 20 minutes after taking PUMP so to keep my energy levels high?
I find that i can always push more weight when i have some carbs in my stomach too.
Thanks in advance for the replies.

this is my current stack:
CL - Orange Triad
Now - Salmon Oil
ON - Whey
MAN - Clout
Universal - Animal Pump
Scivation - Xtend
What do you guys think about stacking Animal Pump w/ MAN clout?
I already purchased the 3 can special and very excited to try it out. Just need a little feedback on stacking the two creatine products together. Am I wasting money and time? Two creatine products together? How will MAN clout affect the PUMP?
Thanks in advance.

I'm not familiar with Clout. I personally would stick with one creatine product at a time. If you are dead set on running both of 'em you could probably run one on your training days and one of your off days... or you could take one pre and another one intra or post workout... its all up to you and how you are responding.
The two creatine products I have taken together were both Pump and Torrent and Pump and Storm. I used one pre and one post. I loved it. Hopefully things work out for ya.

Yes for most users the sweet spot is around 10 to 14 days. However, it all depends on the person. Some experience great results off the bat... some it takes a little bit longer. My only advice is try it out and see.
If you lift after breakfast I would wait at least an hour (hopefully its not a LARGE breakfast) and then take Pump and then 25-30 min later go to the gym.

You could definitely experiment with the timing of a small meal and Pump and see what works best for you. It's all about trial and error. You could even take the meal first... then in around 35-40 min try taking the Pump and then going to the gym around 25 min afterwards.

Question!!!
I keep reading great reviews on Animal products. I was looking to take a Test booster but not sure where to add it.
I currently take NO Explode, Cellmass, and Nitirx, Glutamine supplement, multi-vitamins, and tribulus supplement.
What Animal products can I stack on to this (test booster)? Any help would be appreciated.
