i heard that all the cjc 1295 is faked and its just something else under that name. is there any truth to this? if so is hexarelin a good substitute?

i wouldnt say for certain that theres no legit cjc but most of it is as you said, GRF 1-29 (hgh releasing factor), which is very similar to already existing ghrh's (it is short lived).

real cjc is very expensive to make and isn't too stable if i remember correctly.

at the end of the day you're better off just hittin the gh as vad said

Well, basically CJC-1295 is a modified GRF (GRF 1-29) which does cause an initial spike in GH release, HOWEVER, it does not last very long, enzymes break it down quickly. In fact in a matter of minutes.

CJC-1295 has a Drug Affinity complex attached to it (DAC). It's attached by a lysine linker. What this does is effectly binds the CJC to albumin in the blood. Making its effects last for several days rather than minutes.

The problem lies in a majority of the chinese suppliers. They don't have the necessary equipment to insert the DAC into the peptide because that is done seperate from the Peptide.

There is a big difference between Hexarelin, GHRP-6 and GHRP-2 and CJC-1295. Hexarelin lasts and is only good for a gh spike, not a repeated elevation of the troughs like CJC is. It is however very synergistic with CJC.

Your better bet would be the GHRP-6 or 2. As those give you a slightly weaker spike than Hexarelin, but less prolactin/cortisol issues.

Hgh is same with igf1-L3 isn't it? Sorry If I'm wrong, I still have to do a lot of information about peptides. And what is the best dosage for woman? How many times per week to inject it?

hgh increases igf through the liver as far as i know. hgh is injected twice a day.
