I have never had such a horrible night just because of food and drink and I didnt drink alcohol. I had one of the worst nights of sleep in 30 days and it was hard for me to get out of bed.
I dont know if I care about the side effects that could happen I dont feel good now and that means a ton.
This is the way of life for me I apologize for the above post and the critique of the keto lifestyle
I am back in and a very proud sponsor of it.
I think i will get a bumper sticker that stattes it out loud
I LOVE KETO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry you had such a horrible experience with your carb-up. Thankfully, my little gamble with pizza last weekend worked out really well with no complications. Maybe you are more sensitive to diet changes than other people, I dunno.
Regardless, good to see that you're not giving up. Props.

Well folks the last couple of days I have jumped off the keto to try and learn from the warrior diet type cycle. Its ok for the most part I dont get hungry during the day and I eat a ton at night but it makes my sleep horrible and my overall outlook on life a little dull. I had so much vibrance and energy on pure keto. So with that being said I am Keto full force with a warrior diet cycle of 1 - 2 big KETO meals at night. I'll keep all informed.
Oh and eating carbs the last 3 nights
(even bad carbs)
On warrioe diet cycle i have only gained 4 lbs
Thats great!

Well I have been sick and fell off the wagon the last 2-3 weeks. First Keto meal again today. Havent been able to workout becasue of respitory Virus and Fever. Couldnt breath very well to even complete or walk up stairs. This sickness hit me hard.
Any way gained a few lbs about 7 over the last couple of weeks. I know its got to be a lot of water. So I will do a few days if IF(warrior diet) type keto, cause i'm just not hungry in the morning these last feew weeks.
I believe weight is at 258 so hoping to drop that back to my 250 quick then continue on from there.

Thanks man! Good to be back I have to say this forum is very motivational and watching all you guys do it too, makes it easy for me to say no to the carbs.
Last night I slept so good it was rediculous. Dont know if its cause of Keto but I remember sleeping this good when I started so I know I love it still.
today had 3 harboiled Eggs
smashed in butter and cheese
Lunch Pork Steak George Forman'd with half avocado

Last weeked was a fall out with myself, Bar fights, to much alcohol, terrible foods for any diet, life just needed to have that slap in the face I guess.
Back in again
3rd day
My new favorite thing to add to eggs is Chorizo
Found some sugar free, uncured, no carbs all protein and fat.

Weber,
I am thinking about going on Keto just to try and get the last of my belly fat off. Do you think this would be the right way to go? Also on your carb days, what do you eat.

I am going to be very honest here.
I cant not stay motivated during the weekend and I fall off hard. this time weekend carried all the way till last night
we're talking a 12 pack a night, pizza, burgers, mexican food, its actually really bad.
So today is a new day
just had an avocado and planning a piece of meat with veggies tonight.
I am going to try to write in this thread of mine every night before bed so that I can hold myself responsible, would love it if anybody who reads this can help with words of wisdom or thoughts.

Just keep it coming. I love avocado. I make guac all the time. I can't get enough of it. Knowing that its high in potassium is just an added bonus.

My motivation for not going crazy with cheat meals is just that I don't want to ruin an entire weeks worth of good work. I don't mind the keto diet - but no diet is actually fun. And I hate cardio. So whenever I have the urge to cheat, I just think about the dieting and the workouts that I put myself through and how cheat meals will completely ruin everything that I worked for during the week.
