Some advice.
Hello.
This is my first post on this forum so i hope i posted in the right place.
I need some advice on my training program.
Training for about 1 year with this program
1.83 meters and 69 kg, age 18. I know quite skinny, but i started from the lowest barrier possibile.
My training program:
6 days a week.
1 day - chest, abdomen
2 day - biceps, triceps, forearm
3 day - legs
4 day - shoulders, abdomen
5 day - back
6 day - Again chest abdomen
one day pause
I have been dedicated to lifting for over a year and don't consider myself as much of a beginner anymore.
I was wondering if you guys think this program is good enough.Also what could i improve?! mainly looking for advices.

Alright.My goal is to gain muscle without getting to much fat %. keeping it at the same level would be perfect. I am aiming to gain around 15 kg, at my height that should be perfect.
Also i am not using any supliments,don't know why, the idea that they are artificial stuck in my head, i never used any. Some1 could ensure me that they don't have any side efect? i know they are not steroids but still....
As for my exercises , i will ask about that maybe later.
Here i want to know about the program i got, nothing more.
