Universal Nutrition Womens Fitness Pak OR Opti Women
I have taken the GNC Women's Ultra Mega Multi Vitamins for YEARS!! I take one twice a day. I'm just about to finish a bottle of the Ultra Mega ACTIVE Multi Vitamin. I thought about trying either one of the two above Multi Vitamins above.
Any opinions? Or should I just stick to what I'm taking now.
I'm also taking Fish oil (3 pills once a day)
THANKS SO MUCH!

I didn't even know that Universal made a Women's fitness pak....I take the Universal Animal Pak and like it, instead of taking two packs for a serving, I just take one a day.

Opti Women
My gf has been taking it for almost a year and she likes it very much. She works out 3-5x's per week and she has not been sick once. She used to get sick 3-4x's per year whenever the season changes she would get sick. But so far so good so I would say Opti Women is working for her. You might want to give it a try if you are curious.

Wow, people kept telling me to try animal pak, but I couldn't make up my mind. This is nice. Universal makes a vitamin pak for females. I'm definitely done deciding about that now. Opti women seems good too but I keep hearing so much about universal's vitamin paks.
P.s @ NJlatina...good look on posting the link

I use the Universal Women's Fitness Paks. I love it! I also use the Pump, Nitro and Flex from Universal.

I did get the Opti Women and it works fine I guess. Really don't notice a difference from when I was using the GNC stuff. I just wanted to try something new. I think when I'm done with Opti Women I will give the Universal Vitamin Pak a try. If you get it let me know how you like it.
