Pulled Tendons in my Hands
Ive recently been off work and light duties because i have hyper extended the tendons in my hands/wrist.. ive not been doing weights since ive hurt it (almost 2 months) and im going crazy!! ive started putting on weight and any suggestions to other things i could do would be so much appreciated.. plus i really hate walking/running! for cardio i usually do kickboxing or skipping etc but i cant with my injury as its still pretty painful... help please!!
