HIIT 10 intervals on Step mill (my new best friend) Level 9 and 20 for the high ones

25 min low intensity on upright bike....kinda lost track of time (yes during cardio of all things!!!and ended up doing 35 min.)

Other notes: have a few stressful things going on right now but I'm really keeping in good spirits about all of them and am hoping for the best
