Well for those who have not heard about the product it is called, "MuscleSpeed". This supplement is the best suppplement I have ever taken. MuscleSpeed helps me get through my rigorous training days as a Marine. It gives you that focus you need to push yourself mentally through those hard barriers. It is not like a pre-workout mix that most are used too. It will give you a smooth transition of energy and not an all at one time rush. Depending on how sensitive you are to caffeine you may feel more of a rush. I do not crash off this product, which is probably the most amazing part about it. Yes, your body does get tired but it keeps your mind in a positive "awake" state. I like the fact that I can take the product more than once a day and still be able to sleep at night. If taken closer to your bedtime then you might have problems sleeping so adjust accordingly. Before taking MuscleSpeed I thought I might have a problem with the caffeine anhydrous in extreme temperatures when working out. I have had no problems with this as of yet. After taking this product for awhile you will be able to notice the contraction of your skeletal muscle. This plays a vital role in your performance as an athlete. As stated in MuscleSpeeds review it helps to prolong the life of acetylcholine(acetylcholine binds to receptor sites on the muscle fiber membrane which, with the help of a sodium ion, causes the muscle fiber to contract.) MuscleSpeed has lifted me to a whole new venue of goals. If you are a power and explosive speed trainer then I recommend that you try this product out. It is a safe product if taken in the right dosages. Do not take more than the bottle says to. Also you must be consistent when taking this product. That pretty much applies to everything you take. It meets all of the NCAA and other drug testing standards. So yes it is LEGAL.
