Newbs to AAS...a few guidelines
I have noticed that there are some very uninformed people in this forum.
I am by no means an IFBB pro or anything like that, but I have run enough cycles to gain a base on the subject...
1) Testosterone alone is the BEST choice for a first cycle. Testosterone is a hormone, not a steroid, and you should see how your body reacts to test before adding anything else into the mix.
2) I would not run an oral only cycle. Orals are liver toxic (most) and many are far less potent then their injectable counterpart. Oral winni can be used to finish off a test cycle and lean down the gains, while dbol is great for adding mass in the early stages of a cycle. Orals assist injectables.
3) Until you are comfortable with the pin and have gotten the injection routine down, stick to pinning your glute. It is the biggest and easiest muscle to hit. Once you have become skilled with injections, you can switch up injection sites.
4) More is not better. I personally would not run more than 2 substances at a time. I remember taking 4 compounds in a cycle at college and the sides were horrible and I could not tell what results were from what compound.
5) Research and ask people for personal experiences before trying a steroid. Trenbelone, Anadrol, etc...these are BIG BOY substances not to be messed with by newbs. Stick to eq or primo to accompany test for a 2nd cycle.
6) Just because you feel like superman does not mean you are...work out 3x a week max. I do MWF. If you do not provide your body and muscles adequate time to recover, you will not grow.
7) Protein supplementation is key. If you are bulking, eat everything...burgers pizza steak pancakes whey.... its all good If you are cutting, stick to lean protein like chicken or fish.
8) DO NOT tell people in your gym or personal life that you are on steroids. I know its exciting and new, but it will come back to bite you...trust me.
9) Stick to working out each body part only once or twice a week. Try new exercises, do not stick to the same old routine.
Just a few pointers....I see some dumb questions here.

yea brah, I'm a natural and I workout 5-6x per week, 1.5-2 hours a session, and hard. Depends on an individuals recovery time, but I would say you are cheating yourself.

You need to get off the supps and the real stuff, lol.
But 3 times a week is bad advice for most people,
Lolllll at test not being a steroid, kinda ruins the rest of it...
Only glutes is bad advice too, sterile abcess/scar tissue is not something you want, Atleast do glutes+ quads or something.
Protein idea is controversial...not everyone can eat everything they want...If you're tall and skinny, by all means pack on everything, but if you're like me and add weight easy, AAS+ pizza and burgers doesnt mix...made me blow up like a balloon.
Not too bad of a newbie guide tho

I love when self proclaimed experts make announcements like this. Next time try making recommendations intead of stating opinions like facts. 3x a week workouts work great for me, but I'm not telling anybody that's the only way to do it. There are certainly also benefits to training muscles more than twice a week, it just depends on what kind of training you're doing ie Max effort, dynamic effort etc. I squat monday wednesday and friday, and I can tell you lots of great strength programs recommend that.

Yep,I genetically have VERY strong legs[it's the only good genetics I have lol] I could do legs three times a week and see growth
But if I overtrain biceps, which is my weak part, I can feel them getting smaller...
It's all person dependent

Lost all credibility here IMO

I disagree with this, quads are way easier to hit IME and having both hands available is always good when nervous.
Also, glutes can be hard to reach for bigger people

This is why people recommend adding compounds one at a time, if you know how you react to 3, and get bad sides by adding #4, you can draw conclusions.

meh, just be ready for the sides and know what can happen.
I ran drol as my first kickstart in my first cycle, I wouldn't advise anyone to do it, but if you know what you're jumping into, you'll be fine.

I work out 5 times a week while off and have always been fine. Different people react better to different regimen

Diet is the most important part of the equation, but as you said at the beggining, most of us are not competing, so we shouldn't be overthinking it.
What matters is a big protein intake and enough calories, but this does not allow anyone to eat everything under the sun, or then please do not write on here complaining because steroids made you fat.
Same with cutting, you can definitly cut while eating crap, not advised, but fast food saved my day more than once and weight still went off.

Agreed

again, different people, different routines.
Although I agree with switching up exercises, makes it less boring IME
I'm not trying to bash on you, you make some good points. I was just trying to show that things are different for everyone. just like someone will bulk on 3.5k and someone might cut on the same caloric intake.
