Are you kidding me? Don't you mean you're 26, not 46? I can only dream of looking like that! At 41, after 2 kids, I wish my belly looked half that good! (lost a lot of weight, can see my abs, but can't show my belly below the navel - uck!) If you're competition bound, good on ya - you've certainly got a good start. Good luck, you're an inspiration!!

Hi speedy-vet! Great pictures!!
I will agree, I was (am) reluctant to post pics because so many of these women are already rock hard and gorgeous....and mostly much younger! I am 46.....oh how I wish body building for women was mainstream when I was in my twenties!! Oh well, too late now...just forge ahead right?
Anyway, here is my contribution to the thread. I have NO desire to compete but the body is a work in progress anyway.

i think for any age your body looks great! you've had some tremendous results. i don't think you have anything to be shy about. you're body is welcoming the summer quite nicely.

sara ur delts and traps are well developed,
speedy-vet nice work, especially the one with the orange top,
speedy vet and golf girl, there is no way for anybody to think by ur body pics that u are 46, not even close to that, especially abs, nicely defined
