Checking in for the week down another 2lbs today. So now I'm at 190lbs. Down 15lbs from Jan 1st and 5lbs away from my contest goal. I've lost some strength on my bench everything else is still basically the same so I hope I'm not losing too much muscle. I haven't been able to lift as heavy as I would like because I'm trying to let my tendonitis heal. Hope everyone is else still hanging in there.

Congrats man, doing a lot better than me. Ive had a rough few days. Found out my radiator was junk in my car Friday morning, so I had to hitch a ride to work. They decided to buy our group lunch Friday since we have been working our asses off, so I had 5 square pieces of deep dish pizza. I cant turn down pizza, huge weakness. Then last night I ate at a new Chinese buffet, which was just bad. Hopin to get back on track, and crank up my cardio this week, as Ive taken the past few weeks off from cardio. Would suck to lose the progress I made, and not fit into those 34 waist size pants Im oh so close to getting into!
Ill get my weight tomorrow morning, but it prob. wont be good. Wont be my normal scale, but should be fairly close.

Stepped on the scale, this morning and I'm down to 200.8 lbs. That's a loss of 1 pound for the week and .8 of a pound away from my main goal. I haven't been under 200 lbs. for almost 3 years now. It should have happened a lot sooner, but the holidays and superbowl threw me for a loop. Lesson learned! LOL
Where's everybody else at??

My weight has been at a stand still since the first week. Atleast I haven't gained any weight. I have had one hell of a time with tendonitis in my right elbow. Its so bad that it makes it hard for me to grip anything. I have been doing whatever weight I can and just mainly concentrating on cardio. I WILL be under 300 before this is over.

Damn life's been busy this week. lol Anyway, lost 16 lbs. the week before from water retention, and gained 4 lbs. back this week. Kinda expected it though. Hopefully now that I am solid an back on track these fluctuations can stop. I guess I will just post the chart tomorrow tonight with the info I have.
And "imfletchdaddy"... As long as you're sticking with it, you are winning the battle. To maintain on an injury is a good accomplishment. Keep kickin' ass and you'll bust that 300 lbs. marker all to hell.

I hope everyone is doing better with losing weight than this thread is doing. This thread was 8 pages back. My workouts are kicking ass but carbs are kicking my ass.

Checking in for the week I lost 1 lb this week so I'm down to 189 lbs! 1st time I've been in the 180's in probably 10 or 11 years it's an awesome feeling but I still have a lot of work to do. I'm down 16 lbs total so far. I was hoping for better visual progress at this point I can see some change but not a lot. I notice the most change in my legs. My gut still looks the same but I can tell it's getting smaller I just gotta keep going eventually I will get there. Hope everyone else is doing ok. I can't believe there is only 2 weeks left man these 3 months went by fast.

That they did. No idea what happened with me this week. Been kinda hectic, missed one workout. Went house shopping this weekend with a friend, so now I might be gettin a new crib! Kinda crazy what they said I was pre-approved for, but was nice knowing it. Will check in with weight tomorrow. Dont expect much loss, if any.

I just started a new training schedule and I love it. I used to basically do 3 sets of 8 reps, for everything. It worked great, for a while. I just started to do 3 sets of 12-15 reps on everything. I got the biggest pump on all of my muscles, it felt like I was Jay Cutler! LOL I know I don't look like him, but damn.. I had trouble putting my seatbelt on, when I got in my truck!
Anyway, I'm checking in at 200.8 lbs., still! My cardio hasn't been as intense as it should be. So, I'm not entirely surprised! I would like to dip under 200, before the comp is done, though!
2 weeks left, good luck guys!

Checking in at 200 this morning. I think thats partly due to me HARDLY eating at all yesterday, as it was a very long, and stressful day. Feeling very stressed these last few days over this house scenario. Want to buy it, but then again I have second thoughts. Havent made it into the gym in close to a week either Finals tonight and tomorrow, blah! I need a break! LOL

I fail miserably at this comp. as well. lol I consistently lost weight up until mid January, and just have not been able to get it going again. The weather is getting pretty nice around here though, and hopefully that means I will be able to find more reasons to take it to the next level. My body just seems to have found a comfortable maintenance position, and I have to figure out how to get through it. Lost 1 lbs. last week. Still 3 lbs. over my starting weight for the comp. Frustrating is a word I've been using all too often these last couple of months...

don't feel bad guys. the 1st month i did very well. But the 2nd month after throwing my back out I've been having a hard time going into the gym to work out. the back is feeling better but I am having a hard time motivating myself. I'm down t o working out once a week.
the diet hasnt been doing well, either. I've been doing a lot of baking I try to at least use whole wheat flour and cut down on the sugar :} but I still need to get back on track.
finally got to do a nice WO yesterday with cardio afterward. I am going to try and get one in tonight. My weigh in for the week is 159lbs

Woke up with a sore throat, this morning. Tried to push through it and run a mile at the gym, but started coughing like crazy! You wouldn't believe the looks you get at the gym, when people think your sick! I've never received a death glare, at the gym, before today! LOL So, no cardio for me, today!

Well, it's my birthday today. Everything is going good so far. I have a feeling I'm gonna fall apart tonight though. lol Damn it's hard losing weight in the winter. I was having a much better time of it when the weather was decent. Glad it's starting to get nicer again:-)

Thanks guys:-) Like I figured, I ate crap for dessert. Still only went over my calories by 500. So, all in all a lot better then I expected. I wont list the food though. Don't want to start cravings for anyone else. lol

Happy bday man. I just picked up a new pair of jeans from American Eagle today, size 34 waist, BOO-YA! Been a long while since I wore this size. Been floating around 199-200 to for the past few days, but I fear it may be muscle loss. I havent been to the gym in a solid week, to week n half. Shouldnt lose TO much of muscle in that short of time should I? Was just way to busy (felt busy) and stressed with finals, and ALMOST signing a contract for a new house to be built. Probably go in tomorrow morning though to get cardio going again, and Monday start my last 3 weeks of my 12 week program that you got me started on Corrupt. Have to say, I really liked the the last 12 weeks of my workout. Made me like squats even more!

Checking in for the week I lost another pound this week so that puts me at 188lbs. Down 17lbs from the start. I'm going to have to lose 3lbs in the next 9 days to meet my goal for the comp. My diet is going to be really strict this last week and I'm doing cardio twice a day. These 3 months went so fast I can't wait to see how many people we are down to in the end when it comes time to post our final pics. Is anyone else from this team joining the all star comp?

We are getting down to the nitty gritty end of the comp and these basketball games are kicking my ass. Beer and chicken wings are not part of my diet plan but I don't think its possible to watch the games without them. I have keep my cardio on track but I did change my workout. I wish everyone luck going in to the last few days.

Well the end is here. Here are my results from the comp. I missed my goal by 3 lbs. I know I definatley could of done a lot better but I'm happy with my 17 lbs lost. I still have a long way to go I figure around another 3-4 months I should reach my goal then I can start my 1st bulk. I'm leaving for vacation in about 3 hrs so I'm taking the next 5 days off from my diet and the gym so I'm sure I will gain back everything I lost in the time lol. But when I get back I'll be hitting the gym harder then ever. I need to find a new workout plan and change up my diet because towards the end it was getting harder to lose weight my body was getting used to my current routine.
Congrats to everyone that made it to the end. Best of luck in reaching your future goals. I will keep updating my future progress in this thread or the new one for the April comp. Thanks for the motivation during the 3 months this comp really helped a lot. There are more pics in my profile.

Props on the loss Brandon. I'm stoked for you.
You know, I've been in 2 previous comps. on here, and both of them I lost a ton of weight. Unfortunately, there was nobody alive at the end with me. This time there were still people going, and I gained 5 lbs. total. It's safe to say that I sucked ass!!! I wish everyone the best of luck in the future, and I will post the weights and pics of all those who lost weight once the totals are in. Now I just need to figure out what it is that is holding me up and get it turned around again. I know I can do it, I just seem to have some hang up that is causing me to hit my head on the wall. Anyway, here's to a quality 2009 for everyone!!! Thanks to all of those that stuck it out.

I kinda fell apart the last month as well. Jumped on the bandwagon for the all-star one though, for the next few months, try to get me back going again. Congrats Brandon for the big loss.
