man jus man up n grip it f some straps or chalk how else u gonna get a strong grip n big forearms if u usin straps on heavy deads n shrugs

I use chalk and a belt.

never tried using either straps or chalk, ive put up 450 raw though, haven't tried anything more.

I'm only pulling 315 for 5 reps but I'm gonna start using gloves.
Last week I ripped open the callouses on my hand and made a bloody mess of it. Couldn't lift properly for a few days.
