best time to jog during bulking = morning, no choice. Advised?
I've found that the absolute best time for me to jog is during the morning because of my hectic school + part time schedule. Usually after school or work I'm generally too stressed out to do anything else and just want to kick back and relax.
I also prefer NOT to do cardio during my heavy workout days as I prefer to put all my energy into lifting, but if there's any advice against that, I;d appreciate it.
I usually jog [lightly] on an empty stomach then eat a pretty large meal + shower. Is this recommended during a bulking phase? Would I end up losing muscle mass as a result?
