Hydroxycut Hardcore, Leukic Harcore & N.O Xplode?
Hi,
I got a question to ask.
I currently stack Hydroxycut Hardcore, Leukic Hardcore and Nitro-Tech Hardcore in trying to loose some body fat and get some cuts if possible.
At the moment I take HH before my cardio workout in the morning than again 30-60mins before my workout in the afternoon and also straight before my workout I take Leukic.
I was wondering should I add a pre pump supplement such as BSN?s N.O Xplode into my stack to help me lift as I thought by adding something like N.O Xplode it should help me lift heavier.
I also heard that by adding N.O Xplode I will be having too much caffeine in me which is not good I hear.
I have 2 diets which for training days I eat 6-8 times a day which is low in carbs and on my non training day I also eat 6-8 times a day but this diet has higher carbs.
Currently I?m taking my supplements as follow;
* 1 x serving (3 capsules) of HH 30mins before cardio on an empty stomach in the morning.
* 1 x serving of Nitro-Tech Hardcore with meal 2 during the day.
* 1 x serving (3 capsules) of HH 30mins before weight training in the afternoon.
* 1 x serving (6 capsules) of Leukic just before weight training.
* 1 x serving of Nitro-Tech Hardcore straight after my weight training.
I was thinking of taking N.O Xplode just before my weight training with Leukic as well or was thinking of pushing Leukic back for after my weight training.
Do you guys think this makes sense or should I just forget about N.O Xplode for now as it might cause conflict with HH or LH or won?t make a difference?
