Blessed? I disagree!
I was born with boobs. I have always been BIG in that department. Its the first place I gain, and the last place I will lose... If Im lucky. I have considered a breast reduction but being a poor college student at the moment its out of the question any time soon. I have always had complications running, lifting, and playing sports. I have to wear at least two sports bras just to walk the pups. Its painful! I have done everything I can think of to try to lose in that area and nothing seems to work. If anyone can give me any advice at all I would be happy to try it!

I'm in your same situation...I'm an F cup so I truly feel what you're talking about. I honestly don't know what to tell you because even when I got really slim and fit my boobs still did not get any smaller. There was another lady on here who said that she didn't lose a cup size until she got down below 18% body fat...The lowest I got down to was about 20% and my boobs were still big...so I think we just have to get our body fat down a whole lot! Which means clean diet and weight training and time!

I find it hard to empathise - I've pretty much given up all hope of ever filling out, and it makes really depressed : ( I guess they might get in the way a tad with certain exercises though.

I'm pretty much in the same boat. I'm a ddd (which is an F in some bras) and even when I weighed 20 lbs. less than I do now, they never shrunk.
I will pm you the link to a company I've bought sports bras from before..they specialize in larger cup sizes. Some are kind of pricey, but worth it.

PM Me please too!, and a question
I need the link too please. I found a web site to order size 38, 40, 42 etc.. for size G. I can PM if anyone needs it for that one. But I was wondering if anyone had found a place for 36 G, 34, 32, etc??? PM me please if anyone knows.
The question: When I am doing weight lifting that involved tucking my arms close to my body and moving them, the side of my bra chews up the inside of my arms. Has anyone found a good way around this??

WOW! Im really glad Im not the only one. After I lost the weight I had gained, which was about 50lbs, I only lost ALMOST half a cup size. But since I have gained some weight I added a cup and a half. I also suffer from some of the work outs that require my arms being close to my body, I have also suffered from a torn ligements in my chest from lifting from the weight of my chest. That happened about two years ago and it still hurts. This just sucks. I dont know why anyone would want big boobs!

I enjoy my boobs! It's just trying to find clothes that fit with my body because my boobs are big but my stomach is not that big and so my clothes end up floating around the mid-section, which in my opinion makes me look like I have no figure....but others say I look fine, but pshhh it's about what i think! Yeah as long as I can work with the breasts we're good!

I have a couple g/f's that have had reductions. One of them got her insurance company to cover her surgery. She was so top heavy it was affecting her health.

they will shrink eventually
if you want to see boob shrinkage then check out my pic of me in the yellow dress then look at me in the blue bikini top......they should shrink depending on your goal (ie how lean you want to be) I mean breasts are mostly FAT and Mine didn't shrink till I got below 15% bf I was still a DD at 170 lbs now as you can see they shrunky shrunk shrunk......my goal is to compete so I don't have much hope for the rest of the fat that is in them staying around much longer!!!!

When I lost 60 lbs I went from a 42DD to a 36DD, so my cup size didn't change either (for the record, like hmotb555, I love my boobies too!). I don't have any trouble with my boobs, tho. But a DD is no match for the ladies here with a DDD or larger.

I agree with kimm, if you can get a doctor to state your boobs are causing back pain or some other chronic condition, health insurance is supposed to pay for the reduction surgery.

Lift your back heavy!!
When I first started lifting I wore a 32 DDD (F) at 150 lbs. I had to special order bras because a 32 ribcage is not very common in that large of a cup. I was considering reduction surgery. I've been big chested all my life, a B cup in 6th grade, D by high school but not even 110 pounds. I looked like Barbie.
Now that I've been lifting for awhile I am wearing a 36 DD. I am sure some of it is fat loss, but a large part I attribute to the fact that I have lats now to widen out my ribcage giving me a more balanced look.
I still wear 2 sports bras, but don't have near the back pain or the terrible posture I had before. So before you consider having surgery see what lifting can do for you, especially building your back.

I agree!
I don't have any back pain...outside of trying to find clothes that fit all over and a decent sports bra my breasts don't really bother me! I think lifting helps a lot with posture and carrying the weight of those ladies!!
