You're doing good, my only suggestion would be to slow down. You are doing way too much!!!!
You too Trans. Look at how far we've come in such a short time. If the contest ended today, we'd all be winners in my book. (Sorry that doesn't pay much) Good job guys!
Oh, I forgot to mention the pic I just posted....It's 2 weeks old. No notches for me to step up, I've had it on the top notch to begin with. Good luck guys, you're gonna need it.

I think you need to modify your diet! I recommend pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Seriously, you are doing awesome, killer abs!

As far as using Metamucil, I've tried it and it works. I drink three protein shakes throughout the day between meals and since I'm constantly on the go, those shakes don't keep me full for long. For the past week I've been adding a serving of Metamucil (sugar-free) into my shakes and it has definitely crushed my snacking habits. I back Old Man Skinny on this one and highly recommend it... from experience.

Try a fat free pudding with a crumbled rice cake, it has a great taste and is filling.

Feedback is welcome
I feel I am not quite as cut up as some of you guys but I am starting to get the hang of dieting and working out a little bit more now. Yes, I know I need to start tanning.
Right now I am doing cardio on a empty stomach, in the morning and two bodyparts at night!
Also, I love when you guys post your music selections Right now I am really big on Progressive Trance : Christopher Lawrence is the man! , Disturbed, All That Remains, and Korn and Linkin Park.

Contest Admin. Question. Final Pic
I have a delema....
I am piggybacking this contest with my my first show on April 18th. Conveinient enough right? Here in lies the problem, My Before pics where taken in my house. I would prefer to take my after pics the day of my show, at my (hopefull) peak condition. The problem is this, the contest is out of town, and I'll be staying on a hotel for the two nights before "contest/picture day". I feel if I take the pics two days before, I'm may not be at my peak. Moreover, if I take the pics after, I'll have pigged out after the show is done.
Unfourtunatley, I took the befroe pics in front of a green wall. Whats the chance of a the same color green being at a Holiday inn express? Ansew: Slim to None.
Any suggestion appreciated, even if I am screwed...
Andy
And No, I haven't posted any "progress pics". Feelin a bit superstitious.

Question.... is "pigging out after the show is done" worth 25 thousand dollars to you? You could wait a day or 2......
....or, just make sure you have the daily national paper with you and get pics in your hotel room. Some of the folks from last year's contest did not have the same exact background, yet still finished in the money. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/08mu...st_results.htm
I think if your progress is excellent, they will overlook minor details like background, and skin coloring, etc. But make sure you have the national paper!
Djdannycosmo, nice work! Keep hittin' it bro!

I think I will take pics at home before I leave, and then take them before the show, and compare to see what looks better.

My suggestion: Don't sweat it.
I'd say any solid color of wall will do, Andy.
If you're DQ'ed for having egg shell instead of sea green as your background then there's just something WRONG with this world and we're all most certainly DOOMED!
Good luck with your contest and with the MuscleTech/BodySpace promotion, too.

Full Speed
Full speed ahead. My grandparents loaned me the money to get my shoes today. Went to a great place (Gallagher Fitness Resource) to get them. People knew what they were talking about and were patient with me to find what worked the absolute best for me. So 150% on the cardio again. Here I come. I feel much better now. Just gonna have to bust my arse even harder now for the weaker cardio I was doing for a few days.
BTW, great transformations for those of you posting pics today. It makes me feel great to be in a class with such hard working people sticking it out! This ain't easy, but damn don't it feel good to look better!?

I know, amazing from the fat girl in 2004....almost unbelievable.....even looks like someone else in the pics! Thats persistence! wonderful transformations over those 5 years.....then she went from skinny back to fat again.....go figure! I think she must have been pregnant in the last year for sure...because why go backwards after all that hard work for 5 years!
Your posting a lot FitnessPeanut! As curt asked before, how is your transformation going? What a great and amazing thing if you could follow in her footsteps and do the same! Don't get discouraged if your weight doesn't come off as quick as hers. It looks like she lost 200 pounds in 2 years! Keep working hard and maybe you can do the same!
She certainly posted a lot of pictures all over the boards....hope she places!

Just gonna have to bust my arse even harder now for the weaker cardio I was doing for a few days.
BTW, great transformations for those of you posting pics today. It makes me feel great to be in a class with such hard working people sticking it out! This ain't easy, but damn don't it feel good to look better!?

I think I will take pics at home before I leave, and then take them before the show, and compare to see what looks better.

I don't think it will matter too much....and I only say that because it seems like some of the winning contestants from last year had different backgrounds and a different pair of shorts on....correct?

Hey!
I fell behind..blah blah..that is over with...hard lesson learned. I am back in action and more dedicated than I have ever been. I am going to make the best of the last 6 weeks and see how much I can change. Even if I still have a ways to go, it will probably be the fittest I have ever been!!

Hey! I forgot how much this site keeps me on track so I figured I better stay involved!
Tranformation is going. As I said to Curt, I am behind but I am not going to let that stop me. I still have 6 weeks to make some serious changes whether I place or not. I have lost almost 40lbs since 2007 so I can't complain! I have about 25 more to go until my goal. I have NEVER been lighter than I am now so anything is a plus!
If someone has the healthy secret to reach that in 6-8 weeks...please share!
