need help just starting

need some good advice. Just really started working out pritty heavy for the past month. And iam not trying to get big I would like to thin up and get the ripped look but i dont think iam taking the right supplements. When you go to these stores they will tell you anything. I just finished my first box of superpump and it was ok at first. so the salesman said that juggernaut was better so i have taken it for about 4 days and so far i have not seen anything. so if anyone could help me. iam trying to learn everything i can but there is so many people telling you diffrent things. iam 5"10 around 173 i would like to get down to around 150-155 witch i have done befor. seems to be harder now.

If your cutting should you just use some whey and possibly fat burner.

Agreed but also make sure your diet is in check. As far as fat burners I have had good results with Lipo 6

Diet is your key.

If you want a performance booster that could aid in a cut Epic's 5-Tetra is an option. Yohimbine can aid in fat loss while the ATP will boost performance.

For cliffs on yohimbine:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yohimbine

Quote:
According to one study, oral yohimbine supplementation may actuate significant fat loss in athletes
But if you're diet isn't there any supplement you take is a waste of time.
