Does anyone have advanced knowledge on the subject? I've been trying to get mine figured out. I have Zone Alarm & Spyware doctor but those are really just to keep my comp running smoothly. I'm running XP. So far this is what I've come up with...
- Proxy via jap/jondo - great option, hides your IP. Only downside is the Proxy IP is blocked by the misc & probably other forums.
-Sandboxie - "creates a sandbox-like isolated operating environment in which applications can be run or installed without permanently modifying the local or mapped drive" - haven't tried it yet, not convinced it provides enough protection.
- PeerGuardian/Protowall - Will protect your p2p activity to an extent. Uses a block list of IP adresses used by companies involved in mpaa and related suits. Companies can constantly change their IPs though.
Which would any of you "experts" use, or would you use something completely different? reps for helpful answers.
Cliffs: Internet is extremely unsafe.
