What is the reasoning for only using your wraps during a competition? What is the advantage/disadvantage of using wraps vs. sleeves or vice versa?

sleeves are more for knee warmth & lubrication whereas wraps will add some weight to your lifts. HOwever, there is some thought that lifting with really tight wraps all the time can place stress on the patella, plus some RAW organizations only allow sleeves & not wraps so I need to get used to that

I think its his right pec if I remember from seeing him at the Arnold. Since we crossed paths in the gym it looks like the hard work you continue to put out is paying off. That front lat spread will be deadly when you step on stage, its only a matter of time!

Nice lean bulk. You could be 250 if you bulked IFBB pro style based on how lean you are in these pics.
Dude is 225 this lean and not even 30 yet. This is good news for the Team Norton camp
... bad news for the competition.

Looking great Layne...big and lean. I like the idea of staying lean in the offseason, within 15-20lbs of contest weight.

layne keep that **** up.. upper body pics when you've been doing smolov for all this time and you look scary large; especially in that MM.. almost ruhl-esque IMO.
I probably missed it but maybe someone else can answer. Around what time frame are you thinking about to hit the pro stage?

Looking great man.
Quick question, in your first video you basically said you stick to multi+protein+EFAs, BCAA and creatine I believe.
Do you still stick with these or are you taking any stimulants? Additional supplements?
