So no Kre?
Oh ok well I wasn't sure. I took it about two years ago and it seemed like a decent energy boost. I wasn't sure about size though. So creatine is no longer loaded. That's good. I'll have to check at the other posts for the best creatine I can get. Thanks.

Best Creatine Product
okay seriously, the best creatine supplement out there is either musclemilk or cell-tech. I've used both for some time now and they work as advertised.

I usually buy from BB.com but I recently found it cheaper on sale (no longer on sale), so look around. Google shoping ftw.

Anabolic halo/Super Pump 250 stack
Ive just recently started to use anabolic halo by muscle tech. The taste is decent(blue raspberry) gives a menthol type after taste but cools the body after a hard training session. I'm currently stacking it with super pump 250 which is a great pre-workout supplement by Gaspari nutrition and i highly recommend it. I also plan on taking size on by Gaspari during my next cycle. I've heard great things about any Gaspari products.

I've been taking Green Mag for a couple of weeks now. I like it a lot; the taste is great and I seem to be yielding very good results from it. I've been lifting more and haven't been experiencing bloating. I would definitely purchase again.

Maybe he means the Creatine GCC that is in the muscle milk?

Welcome to the forum. Just buy the Green Mag from BB buddy. Support the site and the prices are pretty good here. By the way, I started taking Green Mag this last Tuesday. The taste was a little strong for me so I increased the water to make it a little milder. Hope to see some results soon.

Universal Storm is a great product, but if you want a cost effective Bulk Monohydrate I personally like AST Micronized Creatine Monohydrate the best. I've used ON's Creatine but it doesn't dissolve near as well as the AST.

I'm gonna stack it with white flood, they both have arginine, should i limit my white flood to one scoop? Also, do i need to take green bulge on off days? it says i do on the back but i was just wondering because many people have told me to not take creatine ethyl ester on off days.

syntha 6 vs lean protein dessert?
i have been lifting for 3 months, doing cardio 6 days a week, dropped roughly 25 lbs in body fat and now decided to join the navy.. with only being 5' 11" i can only go up to 191 lbs, im currently on an ECA stack to drop about another 10lbs to be an overall of 170, i would like to know if Either Syntha 6 from BSN or Lean protein Dessert has any better effects, i dont want to gain a lot of weight like i said and am on a low caloric intake. thanks

If your body fat composition is low enough and they can tell you arent overweight because of fat the max weight doesnt mean a whole lot. I'm in the Marine Corps and am right at my weight but nothing is really said about it because a lot of my weight comes from mass.
