5'5" at 145 was trying to gain lean mass from last summer, weighed 125ish. I gained some pudge but looking to hit 135 at 8-10 %bf

**** man, 155 is my all-time GOAL. I started at 110.
imo 155 isn't small or little, it's just not huge.
Keeping ab definition through bulking w/o cardio is nice...at least a fast metabolism is good for something.

5'10" 120....been that way for 5 years and can't seem to get past it. Been working out for a solid year now and have more definition, but still can't pass that 120 mark. Supplements and more food don't seem to make a difference. The more I put in my body (not to be graphic) the more I poop it right out. Freaking metabolism.

I think I qualify. I'm currently bulking and am about 150. I've been as high as 172 and as low as 140 while a member. I used to wrestle @ 135 in h.s.

you're looking good (no homo) and obviously made some great progress, but gaining 24 pounds of muscle in 25 weeks is impossible. In fact gaining 24 pounds is still almost impossible over an entire year while on steroids.
i'm not calling you out or anything, your progress is still good, just throwing that out there.

It is posible to gain 24 pounds in 25 weeks but ofcourse theres more to how I got it... Right? I only gained 4.4lbs in the last 3 months meaning that I gained very fast in my first 2 months wich is normal. Infact, I gained almost 3lbs per week in the first 4 weeks but after that it slowed down redicilousilly. I only gain about 1.5lbs per month now... Does it make sense now? I know alot of people whom had the same results.

I guess I would be included here seeing as im 145 @ 5'4". I put up 225 on flat bench so I was pretty happy with that. Goal is 160lbs, dont really care what the lifts are though.
