day 1 - chest/bis
day 2 - back/tris
day 3 - legs
day 4 - shoulders/calves
day 5 - repeat day 1, next week day 2's group becomes day one and gets done twice in the week, and so on until every body part has had a double week. increase or decrease reps, repeat.
