Doing them cross-bench is a better way--much more pre-stretch. The simple fact you had to drop weight tells you it's better (more difficult); and besides, you'll be back to 60's and more, in no time, with the new form.

Just a quick fly by to say "HIYAs" to all of my very favorite people!!!
I am in the land of the living ... today was a break thru day ... finally cold/cough medicine free and back to BOUNCY!!!
Fitty is due in within the hour!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!
We have a busy weekend ahead ...
Tonight is STEAK NIGHT!!!!!!! YUMMY!!
THURSDAY: Weather permitting we are giong hiking at a state park!
FRIDAY: Fitty is going to teach my daughter proper SQUAT FORM!
We are both going to work out and hit a local Greek restaurant!
SATURDAY: Meeting the CLOWNS at the gym for a morning WO. In the evening we have a party to go for a friend who just got her Master's in Education. She is also the respite worker for my kiddos!!!
Workouts have been happening despite the virus ...
MONDAY: SPINNING but no records broken ... 
TUESDAY: LEG DAY but no energy left for cardio ... 
WEDNESDAY: BACK DAY and CARDIO!! 
Today, I began working on getting pullups back into the back routine.
I have not done them since the shoulder break, years ago. The assisted pullups today were kind of 'ewy" but not over the top ... if the shoulder can deal with it .. I will work on these until I can drop the assistance!!! YEAH!!
 HAPPY HUMP DAY!!!!!

What a perfect way to spend the weekend with three of my favourite things to do - bbqing, hiking .... and well maybe not the third ... can't really say that I "love" squatting!!! lol
Those pictures of the two of you are GREAT!!! You both look so happy - and the scenery is fantastic!!
Keep having a wonderful weekend - and I think the two of you should think of something else more fun to replace the "squatting"!!!! lol
