The rule is drink half your weight in ounces. My rule is drink as much as I can. I know it's bad for looking "cut", but hydration is important especially for hard gains

Besides competition day purposes, why is water bad for looking cut during normal times? Dehydration leads to water retention and bloat.

Easily at least 2 gallons a day. Not as a goal though, I just always feel thirsty and i drink a lot of water. Plus, it makes you feel refreshed.

most of the people on this thread should be taking in at least 3L a day
they say you want water output to equal water input

What a bunch of bull**** in this thread I cannot believe some of you are claiming you drink 2 gallons of water a day. Grow up.

I drink about average 2 liters a day, but it all depends whether I feel thirsty or not, and the color of my urination. That way, you can make sure if you are hydrated well or not.

I do, not lieing. I can friggin measure if you like. You are clearly not the people on this board so how can you judge their intakes unless you go measure them.
