I really need some help and I know you guys can help me. I need help getting together a workout and a good diet. I have about 54lbs to lose to be at my goal weight. The only things I have to worry about is I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals and such so it would have to be something quick and easy, I have a baby so I don't have too much time to be in the kitchen. I have access to a gym but I feel lost when I go in there lol. I can afford to get my personal trainer back from a few years ago but if I don't have to, I don't want to. Any abdominal workouts have to be kind of easy, I had a c section last July and my insides still hurt if I move in certain positions. Any input or suggestions would be great!

There is a unlimited amount of knowledge on this site that is very useful. I would search just about anything and everything and try to gain as much knowledge as possible.
Maybe try and find some women on bodyspace that have gone through what you have.
