SUPERPUMP 250 - Urgent/quick question
Do you all take this supplement ONLY preworkout or everyday (even on non training days) as the bottle says to?
The reason I ask if I use it only preworkout then I would basically have a 3 months supply in 1 bottle. 1 bottle is 40 servings and I lift 3x a week.
However if I use it everyday then it means I only have about a months worth of stuff..

when i was using it as my only real supp *not counting the staples* i only took it on workout days..
but when i was using it as part of the 4most anabolic arsenal i used 1 scoop daily
IMO you dont need it on off days, just use it pre

Hey sorry to bump an old topic but for those of you using the scoop - is 1 serving up to the line on the scoop or all the way up the scoop? I THINK the line indicates 1 serving but im not sure and ive been filling it to the top this entire time. stupid question, forgive but i'd appreciate an answer

I've always used one full scoop. I guess if you really wanted to be anal about it, you could weigh it out.
