You will get it back. My friends talked about how fast it came back once your milk dries up. I BF until 10 months and thats when my son chose to stop. Its amazing.

This lady goes to the doctor and says, "Every time I sneeze, I have an orgasm.".
The doctor asks, "Are you taking anything for it?".
She answers, "Yes, black pepper.".

Lol, this thread is awesome. But this orgasms from abs is not unheard of actually I don't know of any way to stop it from happening, but maybe you could try different movements like bicycle crunches, double crunches, v-up's or v-holds.
I read an article a while ago where some trainer said he worked with a model that had this happen to here when she did leg raises. I can't for the life of me recall where i saw it though.

Is this your problem, have you had complaints about the noise?

Na, you should've heard the guy lifting next to me today. He wasn't grunting...he was moaning. I seriously wanted to ask him, "uh, what EXACTLY are you doing over there??" But maybe he just had the same problem!

I find nothing about training abs arousing at all...
I don't know what else to say...

Amber--you need to "pysch" your body into believing this is not arousing. Do your ab work at home, let what ever happen. After a couple of "sessions" of letting your body enjoy what is happening--it wil get bored of this routine. Eventually you will be able to do the ab work and your body will not crave what it is looking for. Right now--when you stop yourself in the gym, your body is demanding something from you that you are not caving into. Your mind is a hell of a lot more powerful than your body--use that to your advantage

The same thing happens to me, but not every time I hit abs, just when I'm reaching my limit of how many hanging leg raises I can do. I don't know if there's anyway to fix it, but I've read forums on other sites where many women have said the same thing happens to them. And I used to wear really loose gym pants so I have a feeling the clothes have very little to do with it. Similar stuff while doing leg curls sometimes. Stops for a while and then will happen again though. Maybe yours will just go away too. You're not alone!

^ Aw, damn. I only get a headache from leg curls (it's a feature of lying on the stupid bench thingy with my head pointing downward, not the curls themselves. I should try the seated curl machine). Orgasms would be much nicer.

Same thing happens to me when I am doing hanging leg raises, I usually start off with 12 reps and by the 3rd set I can't even reach 8 without the feeling of an orgasm coming

I totally know where you're coming from. But I can't say that the feeling I get is as full on as yours! haha. I get the feeling when doing the most random exercises: Kickbacks, pulldowns and side bends. You aren't alone

Yep same thing happens to me when I'm doing lower ab work!! Its like I'm squeezing and massaging myself ... from the inside out! It really does feel like a muscle thing, not so much outside contact from clothes or whatever. This is not something I've ever talked about with anyone so its nice to hear I'm not the only girl!

yep, add me to the list. I have the sensation with hanging leg raises, butt bridges, and most ab work where I use my legs. I'm not too bothered by it, I have yet to climax from it. I just try to focus on the excersice not my pulsating vajayjay. lol

like others have said, you might just have to deal with it... and if it's as annoying as you say, try concentrating on other things even if it seems counter-productive to your workout...

Some people may wish to remember that this is not the misc, nor was it posted in a chat section, but rather one related to serious training and related issues.
