Getting SHREDDED with Lean Rescue!!!!!

Hey fellow iron warriors! I am one of the lucky and one of the chosen few which the Glorious and solid NP Labs have selected for a trial of the Lean Rescue. I have received the product and will be conducting my log starting on Monday if all goes well. I have came down with a terrible cold, so if all goes well and I am feeling better I will be starting it full force on Monday, 09MAR09.

A quick review of the Supplement Facts and I was surprised to see that it contains 450mg of Green Tea Extract! I have in the past taken many fat loss supplements which none have contained Green Tea. This will give me proof if all the hype I have heard from others about Green Tea is true.

5) Short term goal: To put on some decent lean mass
6) Have you ever used any T-boosters before? yes,
7) If yes, what product? axis-h, and finabol
8) Training Experience: I have been seriously training since I graduated basic training in the army. That was in 2005.
9) Current Supplements:
-Super pump 250
-Multi-V
-Fish Oil
-Casein
-Whey
-Caffeine
-Ephedrine

10) Past test-booster experience: I did notice that my test went up with the finabol. I have awesome insurance so I had bloods done before and after. I don't have the paper work to show the actual numbers but if I get picked to log this I will be able to produce good documentation. The only negatives were some ace on my back. The acne went away with the proper PCT though.

11) Past PH/PS experience:

M-drol
H-Drol
Xtreme Tren
Tridenosen H
Finabol

My favorite has to be the M-drol. I ran it and gained 10 pounds. Not sure if all were muscle (I doubt it was all muscle) but my strength dramatically increased over a short amount of time. I know this is not a placebo effect because when starting the M-drol cycle I did not change my diet (which was clean) or my workout.

Just wanted to make a slight clarification regarding the Green Tea Extract in LEAN-RESCUE. What is contained in "LEAN-RESCUE" is in fact 450mg Green Tea Extract per serving, that is standardized to 80% EGCG (98% Polyphenols, 85% Catechins). This is just one element that makes this product unique and functional.

Thanks for catching that "type-o," NP Labs! But I do agree that makes this product unique. I am excited to try it. I can't wait to see if it helps this plateau I am currently on! I know many people that are wishing they ephedrine was still legal, but I hope to soon tell them to grab a bottle of this stuff and see RESULTS!

Hello all, I am sorry for the long delay of starting this log properly. I have had many recent issues that have delayed this log ranging from a horrid cold to family problems. Not to get you down with all of that junk, I started my First Day on Lean Rescue today! I took my first dosage 30 min prior to breakfast. I will be login on this evening to give my first day details. Thanks for bearing with me and once again I extend my apologies.

Day One

Alright all, Today is the day! I started off with 3 caps since I deal well with stims. I took it at about 0640 and again at 1540.

How did I feel?

Since today was the first day I didn't expect to notice some un-real change. I was excited however to not have a huge crash through out the day.

What did I eat?
LOL, we will get detailed on this part starting tomorrow....LOL, everyone is bad every now and then, DON'T JUDGE ME!

Supplement Schedule

Woke up- 3 Lean-Rescue pills

About 30 minutes later- Ultra 4, Fish Oil,

3 Lean-Rescue pills before Meal 4

Fish Oil w/ Meal 5

I will be much better detailed on all of this starting tomorrow! I bought a small book to keep track of everything as I eat/supplement.

What was my Workout?

Today was my off day, tomorrow is Chest/Tri!!!!!

Day Three

How did I feel?
~I am feeling good. I weighed in this morning at 185lbs.

What did I eat?
Meal 1-4 whole eggs
Meal 2-8oz Chicken, 2 cups salad, 1/4 cup corn, 1 cup skim milk
Meal 3-PIZZA!!!!!! (The wife's fault)

Supplement Schedule:
Woke up- 3 Lean-Rescue pills
About 30 minutes later- Ultra 4, Fish Oil,m-drol
With meal 2 I also took 3 fish oil
3 Lean-Rescue pills before Meal 3

What was my Workout?
N/A

To everyone..... I am having an issue..... I want to proceed with my second ever show on 13JUN09...... I am not getting the support I need at home......As you can see from above, my meal and supp schedule is not organized, not planned, and SUCKS! Also as you can see from this log so far, I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE GYM! Like today, I took my workout clothes to work with me so I would be able to go straight to the gym when I clocked out. When I got off today I realized I needed a hair cut. So on my way to get my hair cut I called the wife to tell her. When I did she flipped out about how long I would be gone! I told her it only takes 15 min to get my hair cut (I'm in the military so I get a short fast plain hair cut). She has been pulling this crap for a bit now........ I have decided that tomorrow I don't care any more. I have my goal set and I am traveling down the road to succeed at my goal. I am planning meals

and supp schedule, and work out times..... I dont understand why she is being this way...... I think it may be due to her being at home all the time....we had our first baby in November and we adjusted our spending habits to have her stay home with our baby..... I have heard from alot of other moms that say they wish they could stay home with their baby instead of working......shouldnt she be happy!!!!!! Sorry to vent to everyone, but thanks!

Haven't been there, but I got a buddy who is a father, and the baby is STRESSFUL. I'm friends with the mother too, and 6 out of 7 days, she is on edge. Mothers wanna stay home with their kid because they have that natural protection instinct and junk, but I don't know anyone who could be happy being at home with a screaming kid. I know I'd /suicide.

My suggestion. Find a babysitter, like one of yalls parents or something to that nature, and take her out on a nice romantic date. That would probably help ten fold. Make sure to make it all romantic (if she is into all of that of course). Go the whole 9 yards and just remind her that you appreciate everything she does.

Progainer, I'm gonna agree with DJ, but play both sides of the fence.

On the one hand, your wife can't police every single thing you do. If you're a member of a gym, isn't it wasting money NOT to go to it? You BOTH have lives to live (and now a 3rd life to be responsible for).

She's prol'ly freaking out after being around a crying baby that requires 110% of her attention all day and just wants some time to herself, too. My twins are now 8, so I'm feeling her pain BIG TIME.

Bottom line, you both need to sit down and come up with a schedule that you can agree on while ensuring that you both get the time you need to do what's important to each of you in a day...and that you get to spend time with each other as well.

You may wanna consider going to the gym before work so she can have some time to herself after you leave the office. Make the weekends family time, sharing in the responsibilities of the new life y'all have.

Since the baby was just born in November, you're still getting adjusted to everything. Take the time to do it right (and together) and it'll be worth it, I promise.

Ok. I know! I do make family time! I do keep weekends open to be with our daughter and her! This morning I woke up and went to the gym with only 5 hours of sleep! I have school on monday and thursday nights. All the other nights I am home. I sit behind a desk all day so i hate going home to just sit and watch tv...i NEED TO EXERCISE! Besides when this fight happened I had not been to the gym in 2 weeks! My mother usually keep the baby on Friday nights. ALL THE WIFE DOES ON FRIDAY NIGHTS IS TALK ABOUT HOW MUCH SHE MISSES THE BABY! Dont get me wrong, I love my baby girl, I love to see her smile at me but whenever we do have "our time" together she just talks about the baby! rep please?

Alright!! Everything is starting to take place. I am feeling great. For some reason I have really noticed the concentration. Once again I will note that I love that there is no "crash."

How did I feel?
I felt great! At work, I was able to have a bit more alertness and concentration.

I just found that out. I don't know what the deal was and hope the mods will re-consider as he has been a positive board member and in the middle of a Sponsored Log for "LEAN-RESCUE".

That really does suck for NP Labs..... I would hate to be a company having to look for loggers..... I know it has to be hard to find people that would not rip them off~~~~Not saying he ripped you, just saying that it has to be rough on a company...
