Miami South Beach in 3 Weeks!!!

Hey folks... I'm going down to South Beach the weekend of April 10th. I want to be in incredible shape!!!

Currently 157, 5'8", 30" waist

My diet is on point (5 - 7 meals every 2-3 hours).
sample:

1st: 2 bcaa pills, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey, 1/2 banana, 2 cups soy milk
2nd: 1 can tuna, celery
3rd: chicken breast, lettuce
4th: 4 egg whites, apple, 3 slices deli chicken breast
post workout: 2 scoops whey, 2 cups soy milk, 2 bcaa, 5 g creatine
5th: steak, brocoli
6th: 2 scoops whey, 2 bcaa

Right now I'm drinking between 1 - 1.5 gallons of water per day.

In terms of workout, would you suggest that I lift light w/ more reps, or lift heavy? I was thinking lifting heavy this week and the last 2 weeks lift lighter w/ more reps. Note: i work out 6 days per week. splits. and do cardio 6 days per week for 20 minutes (walk 135-148 heart rate).

I bought some taraxatone that I plan on taking 5 days out also.

I know alot of you all are in excellent shape or have alot of knowledge and any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You have to define excellent shape more to get the advise. Do you want to bulk some, cut some? Usually excellent shape means how conditioned you are endurance wise, but if you're looking for aesthetic appeal (south beach), that's different.

Either way, you'll have a good time at south beach

hey, orlando! sorry for the non-clarification... i want to cut and see a bit more definition (primarily in the abs/core). so, yeah... honestly it will be aesthetic! LOL
