i would love to try out orange triad looks great... but to me i have a shellfish allergy so negative unless they formulate a non shellfish formula... as of now i use AST multi pro 32x... ive also used animal pak... ultra mega... couple others i just stick away from centrum n one-a-days due to clinical studies ive read where they are synthetic and that your body only absorbs about 25% of what is in them

Hands down, Opti-men is the best multi vit out there! It is as good as Animal pak, may have a few less ingredients but that's what you would expect for something a third of the cost. Seriously, $18 for 60 servings! as opposed to $48 for 44 servings with AP! I've been in the best health ever in the past 2 months that i've been taking it.

I agree with that I've had Ap for the past month and I like it alot but it's very pricey. Never tried opti-men but would like to try that or the AST multi pro.

I have been taking Orange Triad for a lil over a month now. I like it, I started feelin the joint support after only a couple days.... Felt kinda weird, but it definitely helped.
I usually take 1 pill (6X) everytime I eat something or take a shake through out the day.

Genuine Nutrition multi+ . Its food based and uses quality mineral sources like magnesium citrate. Its quite simple...just look at the magnesium source under the ingredients, if its magnesium oxide they are using the cheapest crap out of some mine, that yer body can't use. When I see oxides all over the place an alarm in my mind goes off that says obviously if they use a magnesium oxide all the rest will be from a cheap low quality source too.

taking multivitamins is good but if only your body needs the supplement. As the name implies, Multivitamins are just supplements and not to be taken as a replacement for food that we eat to get the vitamins and minerals needed by our body. Here is an interesting thread about multivitamins:
