Importance of water
Well I know that water replaces your fluids as well as flush out toxins, but how really important is water for getting bigger? Could you still get bigger without drinking water?

Well you couldn't live without the stuff, so you can start with that.
The more protein you eat (to get bigger) the more water you should be drinking to help out the kidneys and the rest of your body.

For every gram of carbohydrate you consume, it takes 5 grams of water to be stored in the muscle, this helps expand the muscle tissue.
If you're worried about flushing out nutrients.... just drink the majority of your water when you will put it to use, around your workout.....

I drink 4-6glasses during a workout alone..and im not a big guy bigger u are the more water u need

I mean, I drink a gallon or two, but if you eat enough food you'll still grow. I'm not telling him not to drink water, he's just asking.

Water is the cheapest/healthiest suppliment, your a fool if your not drinking at least 2 liters a day!
Just drink it. I promise its not as bad as you may think it is
