Is this a good bulking diet?

Do i need more food and less shakes? or is this good?

7:30 Meal 1
1 packet of instant oat meal 45g
2 cups of whole milk, 1 scoop of whey, 1 scoop of creatine
ast multi pro 32x
one per day omega 3 fish oil

9:30 meal 2
tuna or peanut butter jelly sandwich
apple or banana

12:00 meal 3
2 chicken breast
side salad with ranch
parfait

3:00- 3:30 pre workout
whey and creatine mixed in water

3:30- 4:00 workout

5:00 post workout
whey and creatine mixted in water

6:00 meal 6
Chicken breast
1 cup of broccoli
1 or 2 cups of brown rice
2 pieces of toast
ast multi pro 32x

8:30 meal 7
whey with glutamine in water
banna

You could definetly benefit from some more food. Try adding a few eggs, egg whites in the morning, maybe a banana and some other things PWO. There are lots of good homemade weight gainer shake recipes on the site, you should check them out. Try to substitute some beef, turkey, tuna, for some of that chicken. I would also reccomend a few more carbs during your last meal, possibly a couple tbs of peanut butter and milk.

Also how many days a week are you training, any cardio?

I have never did a day of cardio in my life. My diet has 300 grams of protein and 3191 calories

i changed things up a bit, how does this sound?

7:30 Meal 1
5 egg whites
2 cups of whole milk, 1 scoop of creatine
ast multi pro 32x
one per day omega 3 fish oil
flax oil

9:30 meal 2
tuna or turkey and cheese sandwich
apple or banana

12:00 meal 3
2 chicken breast
side salad with ranch
parfait

3:00- 3:30 pre workout
whey and creatine mixed in water

3:30- 4:00 workout

5:00 post workout
whey and creatine mixted in water

6:00 meal 6
