You could definetly benefit from some more food. Try adding a few eggs, egg whites in the morning, maybe a banana and some other things PWO. There are lots of good homemade weight gainer shake recipes on the site, you should check them out. Try to substitute some beef, turkey, tuna, for some of that chicken. I would also reccomend a few more carbs during your last meal, possibly a couple tbs of peanut butter and milk.
Also how many days a week are you training, any cardio?

Stop making it more complicated than it is, lift heavy weights, get your diet in check, and get enough rest.
